how many of you guys use it in real play , its fun in play money buttt????

do you use it on real cash from a curios catt:):):)

The strange part is my puter is running real slow at the rtg casinos off and on.
So this meant with this new feature what better time to try it. Take goldbeard
pirates first reel last reel press the stop, pirates did stop then it pushed them down below play area. Enchanted garden she stopped on top reel then pushed her back up. So my take is that all spins are predetermined as you hit spin.
Honey to the bee as i hit spin pup jumped me hit stop hit 3 wilds 3 hives for free spins so im not sure what my take on that one is. And the turbo feature is crap as it starts to spin thats it stops.
But i must say with my computer being this slow i did notice how a few of the scatter symbols have been removed from the reels.

for what its worth ive seen on my pc the symbly actualy change in front of my eyes ,not saying it nulled a pay but it changed then again ive stoped
it at good pays

but that changeing in front of my eyes is puzzeling ??

remember guys the result of the spin is determined as soon as u hit spin the rest is just animation to get the correct symbols in to add up to the determined result.
i quite like the new turbo feature i use it till i get 2 feature symbols in the cant wait no longer and whack the spacebar lol:lolup:

It really doesnt matter when you hit stop, it is definitely predetermined, I have hit stop on a symbol and the whole line changes.

yes i believe it is predetermined. what it is meant to pay out is what it is going to pay out. i was using the turbo spin trying to hit a jp that was at
17,000 . i was thinking that even though someone might be betting a 1.00 or higher if i played the turbo spins at .20 cents maybe i would have a chance at hitting the jp. it still didnt work for me. i still seen the jp hit before my eyes and i was doing the turbo. but it was worth a shot.

Heyas,

HUNTS is entirely correct, as soon as the spin button is pressed the server receives requests for the spin result and generates the random stop positions, from which the win evaluation is then determined.
So the turbo option speeds up game play, but has effect on the result.

As far as the random jackpot goes, the amount bet certainly comes into it, but remember that these are not range-based random jackpots. They do not reset and calculate at that time what their next trigger level is going to be ( jackpots that operate within a range would then award the jackpot to the player that contributed the 1c to take it to the level that had been determined at reset, so seeing a jackpot go off while playing yourself would be a matter of the one that got away).

The RTG random jackpots are simply a chance to win checked at the end of the paid game, being 1 in (n), adjusted proportionately against bet. e.g.: For a player on 20c it might be 1 in a million, for a player on $1, 1 in 200,000 etc.
Still the one that got away in terms of the jackpot resetting, but not because someone won it in the manner a range-based jackpot would function.

Woooof

Is a jackbot on a range-base considered "fair" or truly random? I've always believe the progressives I've played at B&M's to be such, but I do know many players believe they are set to go off at certain amounts or certain times.

Hmm, so the size of the bet does matter as far as RJs are concerned. I am sure I saw somewhere that says the size of the bet does not matter and that was from a casino rep.

I believe

it can go at 20cents, but someone playing $1, has 5 x the chance to hit it than the person playing 20cents, but of course they can go at 20 cents as weve seen the screenies.

What always amazes me is that when your playing $1 which I very nearly always play, even $5 which I only do on rare occasions, you dont always see the cent part move for quite a few spins. Then sometimes you see it going flat out, I always wonder whats being playing on it at those times $100 a push? it goes super quick for a bit then it stops again.

Anyway I know exactly when a RJ is going to go off, as soon as I back out of the game, then boom she goes, the one ive been watching lately this has happened 3 times, hehe, so if anyone wants one, just ask me when Ive left the game, hehehehehehe;)

Strange - I've always understood that the larger bets have more opportunities. That being said, perhaps what the casino rep was trying to say is that any spin could win a jackpot regardless of the denomination or number of coins.

I enjoy reading Dogboy's posts - he explains the mechanics of slots very simply.

You're right, as far as I've understood what Dogboy's pointed out previously...you can still win a random jackpot whether you're betting $.01 or $125 a spin...it's just that you have a better chance of hitting it if your bet size is bigger.

TurboCrap

I don't like the way TURBO is implemented. I STILL want the reels to stop one after the other, I want TURBO to just make this run faster, and cut out the suspense delay for feature rounds.

The instant stop feature was not a good idea, it just makes it look like the game is cheating. If the feature has no effect, it is pointless.

I agree

with the turbo, and I also dislike the autostop, especially as it often stops on its own, I guess maybe that could be me also, accidently double clicking.

Also in my opinion, I think the games are running worse in general, they seem to jerk frequently, underspin, overspin, etc etc, pay dirt is terrible it almost shudders, I was playing it the other day, then went to golden retriever, when I got the spins, it spun in paydirt, with the retrievers (doggys) head, then I went to crazy vegas, and again the spins, turned to the pay dirt symbols, now how can that be anything but wierd.

Oh of course the RJ can go on a 20 cent bet, when its been artificially ALLOWED to go at a 20 cent bet, just to say to the masses *hey look here we go we have the proof look* cough cough who do these casinos think their fooling lol in 99 % of cases, no make that 99.9 % if you think your going to win say a 10 grand rj on a 20 cent bet keep dreaming.......
