I don't really mind the 30x wr on d + b on a 100% match bonus
especially if its at a place where the bonus is also cashable...but
to have the same 30x wr on 50 and 25% match is truly ridiculous.
And freebies so small w/ a max cashout is so thanks but no thanks.

I got a couple of snail mail nd from JP Group. I also got a very small one + a 100% bonus from Intertops, which of course would have not been cashable, via snail mail. Then I got a email from Intertops which was a 50% bonus and I decided to use it last night. If you play with Intertops then you know they are stingy with the bonuses, few and far between. So I put in the code for the 50% and it doesn't work. I'm in a hurry so I just go ahead and play and later I get on chat and ask about it. Because I had played the one I got (100%) by snail mail, chat said the 50% was not valid. Seriously.......why send it to me if it's not valid??

THAT was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with customer service. I was so bent out of shape about the sorry state of customer service by online casino's last night I considered writing a lengthy moan and groan. (I may do it yet). What the hell is going on with these places and customer service? I hope someone smacks me if I ever deposit at Intertops again, plzzzz. Maybe they treat their high rollers better?

Thanks for letting me know that. I just opened this snail mail and was debating whether to try it out or not so I came here to see if anybody heard of them. In the trash it goes.

Rumor has it from the Research I've done there part of Grand Prive anyways. So it's better off that you not give them a shot. Granted I really haven't had any problems with getting a payout from them yet. When I do win, but the general consensus around here there rogue as rogue can be.

Yeah, check out the playthrough on those. I got the ones that are deposit 50 get 100 so in 150 dollars the play through is 6 grand.

Now mind you, it is nice to get the extra 100 dollars, but c'mon make the play through somewhat obtainable. I am done with Club World I think, no freebies, just crappy bonuses and no playtime. I just think that this group with all the complaints is going down the tubes, and going down real fast.

I am happy to hear of the members here winning with this group and wish then continued success, but for me I think it is time to say "Thanks for the memories".
