There's been a number of threads regarding Inetbet's warning letters and bonus bans.
I was the recipient of such a letter quite a number of months ago. I replied that I thought their use of the term "always" used a bonus was untrue, and pointed out a few non-bonus deposits. I didn't get a reply, and it was not long after a cashout using a bonus that I was restricted from using coupons.
Now Inetbet has a lot of things going for it, and I did continue to play from time to time over the past few months. Despite being restricted from coupon use, I received Manager's monthly bonus, and did receive a free chip for my birthday.
I received an email noting that I hadn't deposited lately (and it's not that long honestly), and wondered if there was a problem, or if I needed deposit options. I replied that everything was fine, but without the incentive of bonuses, the great freechips they have for every occasion and the facebook contests, there was not the same encouragement to deposit frequently.
Inetbet was kind enough to lift the bonus restrictions. They offered a guideline of at least 1/2 the dollar value in bonus free play to maintain my status.
I've heard it asked if they ever lift the bonus ban, so, I have to say they did for me.
To show my good faith, made a small bonus free deposit tonight. First cashout with them in ages.
Fast and hassle free withdrawals is a big reason why I continued to play.
I also sent an email regarding another issue. I'm hopeful that's answered promptly too. EDIT: answer sent while I was posting

but speaking about cashing out just had a look in my history. i have dont at least 25 deposits (stopped counting) since last withdrawal
