OK now don't go into shock but this is not a complaint :eek2:
I was at 32 red poker on the flash version and joined a multi table tourney but when the tourney started I was not notified and no window opened up for me to start.
I manualy went into the lobby and saw I was listed and watched my chip count dwindle as I frantically tried to join(while playing a sit n go tournie) but the only button I had was Join/leave and clicking this simply prompted the question "do I want to unregister?"
I phoned 32 Red and got a curtious member of staff but unfortunately they had problems understanding what I was telling them, including my phone number my user name the table I was playing at etc and this resulted in 32 Red calling back to the wrong number to sort the problem.
I was really frustrated and hopping mad at this stage and sent an email explaining my troubles.
Sounds like a complaint doesn't it?
Well I have read here many times about 32 Reds excellent CS and guess what?
I got an apolegetic email back telling me I had been refunded not only for the tourney I could not join but for the 3 tournies I lost in during the same period and a small token of goodwill on top.
Not to mention a good humoured and well meaning follow up email.
So, thanks Nicholas and the 32 Red staff for your excellent customer service and easing my frustrations.:notworthy
By the way the download version works fine so I will be using that in future.

While 32Red fixed things up for you, just like most other online casino companies, their customer support seems poor. These people rarely can give a good answer, often an inaccurate answer and most often, (as in this account) do not understand. It really harms online gambling.

They should pay them more and train them properly and ensure they have a good understanding of English and know their companies rules and proceedures very well before llowing them to work with us.
 
It's the same everywhere - support staff costs money, and you get these people who may very well have good English skills but are essentially skimming through lots of customer questions and just selecting a form letter reply that may or may not address the customer's problem...

Generally, yes - 32RED, no way! Your mileage may vary, but I've always felt valued and I've always been PROPERLY treated like a 'customer'. In fact, the OP's scenario where he gets his whole money back plus a bit on top immediately... where else would you get that??!?! It's certainly not a 'standard' response.

I thought the main reason 32red is voted the best casino is because of their excellent customer service. For me they have always answered my questions full and thoroughly and not with auto replies that don't even resemble the question I asked...like some other casinos do. They even use the smiley face in live chat...":)" lol
