I do not wish this to become an Inet bashing thread.
But even I have to agree that only offering support by email is a drawback.
So I took it upon myself to ask Emily for a little help. I had a small win on a manager's bonus, and I had multiple questions, a change of email address required, questions about the excess, why ecopayz was not showing as a withdrawal option, adding my brand new USD ecopayz account, and if a new faxback would be required of me.
I was sleeping, so I am not sure of just how long it took, but from my pm to her to her response and money in my account was under 10 hours.
Everything is fixed up on my account and I won't require further help on my next withdrawal.
