I'm not a regular poster on this forum. I come here most of the times to read about various problems in the industry. And we all know there are plenty! :)

But this time is different...

Last month I hit this playing Immortal Romance at Casino LaVida:

For a moment I thought the software got messed up somehow, showing coins instead of credits, but when I saw the big win figure building up I realized I hit it big. Obviously I was overjoyed!

The following day someone from the casino called to congratulate me, asked me how did it feel to win and all, confirmed that I had previously sent in verification documents... and said "you just have to sit back and relax while we process your payout".

It was a Sunday and in my mind I was thinking "this is just a courtesy call from customer support", certainly tomorrow I'll get an e-mail from their 'PITA' department asking for all kinds of pictures with ID's from different angles, pictures with utility bills, medical records etc. :) and then they'll probably come up with a monthly pay-out limit low enough to make me feel unlucky I won this much.

But it didn't happen. I received no request for extra verification, my withdrawals got released within 48 hours. I received no phone calls or e-mails to reverse my payment as some other Microgaming casinos do. I am today, ~two weeks later, with my win fully paid out and able to enjoy my winnings... and it only took 'that much' because I didn't withdraw it all at once.

So I thought a thank you post is due to Casino LaVida, for simply doing their job properly, as my experience has shown this is quite rare in the online gaming industry.

first i thought this was fake then i remember i get a mail from casino lavida that some one won 100,000 usd on IR glad to see the screenies

and congrats from a big fan of IR

Incredible win, well done!

I have seen a few MG casinos in the past that allow £30/€30 or more per spin on IR, but that would be too tempting for me! I'm sticking with the £6 limits at 32 Red

Congrats Whatever, fantastic win and eye-popping screenshot!

I am not entirely clear about the several withdrawals part. You chopped the full amount into several withdrawals to different e-wallets/bank accounts? Am just interested... Enjoy your winnings!

Great win!!

Only just signed up to Lavida and was sceptical as i'm not a fan of Redflush but on my first deposit hit this wild cork feature on Finer reels.

pales in comparison to your hit but i can only imagine if i had the balls to play higher bets. I only usually use 1% of my bankroll. Ended the session over 400 pounds from a 30 deposit after a decent streak on Immortal too. was worried about verification too but spoke to a very helpful CS girl and since im already verified at redflush, was told there was no probs.

Already been paid :)

Bout time i had a fun session on slots AND managed to cash out.

Thank you everyone!

I never won this much... And I knew Moneybookers has limits on transactions of 10k per transfer. Also, I was so sure there must be a weekly/monthly withdrawal limit buried in the terms somewhere that I never thought they could send it all in one go. But apparently it is possible with successive 10k payments.

Wow thats amazing, if only all the casinos followed that protocol for payment. Hope your having a blast with the winnings.
