I dont know if its correct to post here..please feel free to move it.

From time to time Neteller is closing my account because it seems I have used and proxy IP and they were not able to identify from where I tried to login.

I have no clue about using a proxy IP...my ISP gives me a dynamic IP everytime when I go online.

Also theres no proxy IP use set up at my internet options from IE.

Did someone maybe have the same problem and can me tell what to do?
