The whole group (English Harbour Group) closed down suddenly on May 16th 2011, with no real explanation why.
As far as I know there is only one casino now offering the same games to USA players - but they are on CasinoMeister's "Not Recommended" list, so I wont even name them here.

Try looking on CM's "Accredited Casinos" to find a casino which accepts USA players.
