Does anyone know why they closed down?
 
Licensing at a guess...they focussed mainly on the German market and as you may know if you play at Quasar or Star Games, Novo are now not permitted for German players due to German licensing and regulatory changes.

I've heard about it but didn't think it would hurt the online casinos that much.. hmm. Strange

I have received the same email from Stargames. The problem is that I am from Czech Republic and due the reason it is listed in banned countries, its not possible to log into my account to start withdrawal process.

Even when I tried various german and dutch proxies or VPNs, after click on login button, it always says "This IP address has been blocked because of too many failed login attempts".

Tried to contact the support, but with no reply so far.

Do you have some more luck in getting that balance?

I got 13€ or so from StarGames, and was able to log in and withdraw it yesterday without issue. I had to do it when I returned to Malta though, cause when I was vacationing in Norway I got the "this country is blocked" popup message.
 
Thanks for info, Stargames ended offering their services in Czech Rep. more than year ago.. so also got message about blocked country.

Probably need to wait for reply from their support but I suppose it will take a while.

Fairly sure the only time I talked with their support was through their phone service, which I would recommend. Quick and helpful. On the other hand, if that's been slowed or shut down due to the sites developments I wouldn't be surprised.
