Sun vegas wont download

I am having trouble with all the MG casinos. AllSlots, Casinoshare, lucky nugget....None will connect to the servers when I log in.....

Yes, I am in the US...but they all worked Friday morning...but Friday evening they stopped loading

Anyone else??

I just talked to support at Platinum play...they said they are aware of the issue..and it's on the microgaming end...and they are working on it....said it would be at least another 24hrs.....we shall see... :-)

i thought it was just me too

Shouldn't this be IRRELEVANT for US players using "MGS USA" software, which has been licensed to another software developer for supply to operators who want to hold on to their player base.

MGS have ALREADY cut US players off from the MAIN MGS "worldwide" casinos. This was completed by June, so any US players still playing on MGS are using the US variant, which is NOT Microgaming, but the result of Microgaming having licensed out the code and SOME games to another software developer.

It would be HIGHLY INSECURE for this other software to be running from the SAME SERVERS as the main MGS "worldwide" casinos, since it would mean a "third party" software house has access to these servers as well as MGS themselves.

We have been told that ONLY MGS have access to these servers, and not even the OPERATORS have this level of access.

This had better be a vague excuse, or MGS and operators have one hell of a lot of explaining to do.

Well....let me rephrase then....the US version of the microgaming casinos. all i know is that it was an issue with the software provider. sorry if I misspoke the name.

Question, are non US MG players having troubles with MGS?

If so this could this prove they are still connected or as VWM has described. I still say it would be nice for US players to know for sure if MG clones are MGS or just pretending to be.

I was very dissapointed that Mario from CasinoUS, after pm'ing that he would visit a previous thread so we could get some answers, still has not. I have sent him another pm, but am doubtful of any real response.

It's a new do alright. LOL thanks Mavin.

I just downloaded Sun Vegas for 30 spins on Moonshine & 777Dragon because I'm slow and forgot it's just one big CasinoUS now for that group and it said powered by MGS all the way.

I then downloaded Vegas Country which turned into Vegas Slots at the login page but also said powered by MGS all the way

The only difference I noticed was both SV & 777 said Owned & Operated by Go North Ltd out of Malta on bottom of their web pages.

Vegas Country had MGS at bottom as always. I also noticed VC had a nice surprise in my acct. Nothing's changed there! Bless their little hearts.

Really!!

I thought casinos operating from Malta were not ALLOWED to take US players at all:confused:

If Mario has dodged the question about whether the US clones are still MGS, the answer is probably that they ARE, but by using some devious company structures. Mario himself has probably been "stonewalled", so cannot give an answer with any more credibility than the rumours.

Unfortunately for MGS, the evidence is a closer fit to the rumours, rather than to the "company press".

What came to me when I saw the Malta thing was why did some of them do it one way and others apparently another way. Why didn't all the MGS casino's dump usa players in the same manner? Was it operator's choice or MGS's choice? I personally would rather stick with the one that still says 'powered by microgaming' on the install rather than the Malta Go North group.

And I don't mean Sun Vegas isn't a reputable casino as they've always treated me very well. :) It just really is a peculiar situation the way the whole thing was done but maybe it was done this way for a good reason. Confusion can be a good thing under certain circumstances I would imagine.

Mario could very well be in the dark the same as the rest of us.
