Thought i would play Sun Palace after getting a letter of $900 welcome bonus, after checking casinomeisters accredited casinos and found that it is on the list..Downloaded went to redeem coupon and they offerred 130% on next deposit. Got onto live chat and asked for explanation...130% on first 100, 25% extra on any amount over 100..He said i would have to deposit something like $3100 to get the 900..But then the play through was 40 times on slots and up to 100 times on blackjack etc. Rather high and very misleading welcome bonus offer. I wont be playing there.

Ive received the same one in the mail.
It says "get your $125 bonus" simply go to cashier an redeem your 77777 bonus.
So I had to download the casino again , to find out it was a trick a miserable trick.
You have to deposit $100 to $100.000 in order to receive "THE BONUS"
which is no mention at all on the post card I received.
Using the word "misleading" is way too kind for what they actually deserve.:mad:

I got this twice, and could not work out how 130% on $100 could ever be $900.
I never got past this point, as you are supposed to send the code IDB 900 with your player ID to support, which they just ignore.
I am now on my second ignore cycle, and even if it were really a genuine $900 once off offer, the total lack of visible support looks like "lights on, but nobody home".
They are still accredited, just! Bryan mentioned earlier fears that in their restructuring they MAY fall short of the requirements of accreditation, but it seems they have the benefit of the doubt until the show they cannot meet these requirements.
The snail mail offers themselves look like increasing desperation to drum up trade, this time it took the form of a fake prize, three players names and cities are mentioned, and it "just so happens" that I "won" the top prize of a $900 bonus, while the other pair won a mere $500 and $600.

C'mon Sun Palace - I was born in the UK - this was lame in comparison to what we get from seasoned businesses who see the UK as "treasure island" because of our "stiff upper lip, grin & bear it" stereotype.
Had they bothered to reply to my E-mails, they MAY have got a deposit, but without this they have just wasted another international letter.
At least they have only printed on one side of the A4 letter, so my printer has at least benefited from this offer:D

Initial Deposit bonus explained...

Hi everyone,

I hope this will answer your questions...

Most bonuses state the maximum amount of bonus you stand to get if you meet the terms of the bonus. To get a $900 bonus with this bonus a player must deposit $3,180. This breaks down as follows:

$100 deposit x 130% = $130
$3080 x 25% = $770
Total Bonus: $900

You may think that this is a lot of money to deposit but a $900 bonus is also a very large bonus and to many players this is well within their bankroll.

Players that do not want to deposit this much can instead deposit $100 and get $130 in bonus (which is more as a percentage of the total deposit despite the lower deposit amount).

130% bonus is a very good bonus... certainly a lot more than any land based casino ever gives you when you walk in the door and buy $100 in chips. Yes, they do have comps programs once they get to know you but then so do we (on top of this bonus). We also have our slot machines set at a much higher return to player than most land based casinos.

WRT vinylweatherman - I don't know why Customer Support hasn't replied to your emails... there is no IDB 900 coupon in the system. If you could please forward me the invitation you received, along with your Player ID for Sun Palace, I will look into this for you.

If anyone has any questions regarding this, please contact me.

I recived their snailmail offer at the beginning of june and made a 100$ deposit.

They got me 125$ bonus and i played out the 100x wagering with a nice 4digit profit... I was paid after 3 weeks, but they told me directly on chat that a neteller withdrawl will take around 3 weeks.

btw the live chat was always nice and helpfull!

Funny I just got one, and my boyfriend got one too - we opened them and lo and behold, we BOTH won $900. Isn't that something...

..also did you notice that their unsubscribe is a gmail address?

wow...and my boyfriend got ANOTHER one at work and got $900 again! What are the chances?

Ok seriously, Sun Palace - that was a really REALLY bad marketing choice and you should immediately fire whoever was responsible for it. It's on par with the Nigerian royalty scams - we're not idiots after all, and nobody likes to be conned.
