I am thinking about making a deposit at Sun Palace Casino because they take AMEX. Does anyone have experience with the Main Street Group and has anyone had experience with payouts from these guys? Thanks!

Long Approval time.

Read through their web site, it could take up to 2 weeks to get your withdrawal approved and another few days to be sent. They were on the accredited list but were removed a while ago. Don't remember why though. They are up front about it, so if you are patient you will get paid, just takes a while.

Yea, I roamed around the website and found that 2 week approval time thing. I wouldn't worry about that so much if 2 day w/d times weren't turning into 2 weeks. I'm afraid 2 weeks could turn into 2 months.

Casinomeister said for the most part they were a pretty good casino. Just the withdrawal time is what made him reconsider the accredited status. So far for the most part the CS seems pretty responsive and so has been the security with my docs approval. So, so far I've been pretty impressed with the service I've gotten. If and when I do win, I'll let you know how long it takes for everything to start rolling.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I thought I would finally get around to posting something about the withdrawal times and how I've been informed it works.
So the withdrawal that I just made finally after cashing out a nice heft sum off of a Monday cash back bonus I got about 2 weeks ago.
That apparently the withdrawal will sit in my cashier window for about a week before they even do anything with it. So there is a week of pending time.
Which then after that they will finally process the withdrawal and it could take up to another 5 business days for the withdrawal to hit my bank. So hence the whole 2 weeks ordeal.
Now granted CS is responsive, so has been the security, and the cashier. Heck even the bonus system seems fair, plenty of free chips, fully cashable bonuses and stuff, but I think after figuring out the whole reason for the whole 2 week delay. I think I'll hold off on putting anymore money into this outfit. Cause a week of the withdrawal sitting being pending is a bit ridiculous if you ask me.
