Please vet your support staff to ensure that they know how to type and spell most commonly used words. Also it would be good to use people who can actually speak the language used when contacted by the player.
Not mentioning any names here, but yesterday I got a casino response that started, "Hell Cindy..." and today I got a response from another casino that includes this, "...some of our Purchas match bonuses are currently delayed. Any deposit which were made within the offer, will be credited astoundingly by the system with a delay."

I'm actually joking somewhat.
But in all seriousness, I understand mistakes can be made - I've made them too. But it seems like there's a real lackadaisical attitude toward spelling and grammar on the part of a lot of casino support staff. Have you ever gone to McDonalds or any fast food joint when there's no manager on duty? You know, when the kids working there are too busy goofing off to care about basic hygiene or etiquette when serving customers? That's kind of what it feels like.
