strange thing happened using online banking - could see other persons info

Hi! Im Mikael, been playing slots mostly NetEnt since 2007, I remember when I first lost my money to the stupid Icy Wonder slot (at that time I didn't know it was so tight). Now I know that I have to change slots often and that the RTP varies a lot. It is interesting that I got hooked on NetEnt since all the big wins I ever had has been on MG slots, (650x on Tomb raider secret of the sword, 500x FROL). I play usually 3-5euro per spin so I m not expecting to get 1000x bet or above. I will tell you more about NetEnt slots later.

Tonight something strange happened at a Palace group casino, when I entered the online banking system, I didnt get my own cards but someone elses, (in fact when I re loaded the bank, a second person appeared) of course no name and all credit card info except the last 4 with a xxxx. First by mistake I tried to withdraw, but it was a bonus on that account so it failed, (that was when I realized it was not my bank). So security? Hm. I dont know. Scary if you ask me. Well I notified the staff so we see what happens. For me I couldnt withdraw. And gosh people really register a lot of cards...

It was 5 of the highest paying symbol Lara on a line and the final passport that then triggered the bonus round with some sort of maximum payout, and on all city sites there where extra treasure bonuses popping up.

That never happens these days.

Yes I was very surprised. You know in the flash version of the MG casino at for instance the palace group casinos (where it happened) and roxy palace - the bank and your account details are coming up in a pop up window separately from the casino.
But when I was about to withdraw, it wasn't my account that came up, but two other persons (when I re-loaded the page the second one came). I could see everything that I can see on my account, all the play history, cash balance, cards used (with xxxx), the player account name, bonus amount, it was not possible to deposit (Since it requires CVC code) but from paypal I think it was, also withdraw. And to redeem loyalty bonus. I got a lot of other error messages as well. Totally screwed up.

I dont know how this happen. I play using my laptop and a USB stick mobile internet but always the same.

and it has never happened to me before.

It must have been some very freaky software bug. I mean in the strictest sense it should be impossible to access or see this info unless you are logged into that account which I wasn´t.

It would be interesting to know if this is a "unique" bug or if it has happened before.
