Strange live chat at Casino LaVida

Sooo.. I just had a kind of odd live chat session. I got this promotion letter from Casino LaVida / Redflush promoting playboy slot and offering 100% up to 150€ to both casinos.
Well I had allready used my red flush offered and just deposited 55€ to casino LaVida. For my surprise I got 110€ bonus insted of 55€ bonus. So went ahead to live chat ask if it is allright to start playing with those funds:

Being over friendly, which can backfire.

As you have a copy, and they are accredited, it should be OK to take Ronald at his word.

I got the same promo, but am yet to use it.

Got the same promo, was actually impressed, it's a decent offer and they surely invested a bit, just on colored ink and quality paper alone ^^

Threw it in the bin anyway, but maybe the point was to take both bonuses for an extra 100%?
Threw it out after i ripped it apart (no offense Red Flush /La Vida) so can't check if that might have been the case.

On Ronald, sounds like a cool chat rep, i think it's safe to assume it won't be a problem and he was just being humoristic about it

To be quite honest there is nothing shady about this. The Chat rep was just being friendly - AND allowing you to keep the extra Bonus.

Keep the chat for reference but I doubt they will stoop that low in using it against you when you reported it

I also thought he is maybe being just jokey. But when it comes to casino bonuses, there is so many problems flouting around, so player should be 100% sure that everything is clear. Stating "pretend you did not notice" makes you feel like you are walking on the grey area .

But no problems any ways as lost it already to playboy, go around 200 spins at 1.2€ .

got the same offer and binned it. thought today lets give it a go. no offer in my promotions page. went on live chat red flush. don't have la vida account. man said I cant claim it because its not in my offers, and I need the bonus code . just forget about it for me .

Sounds like a cool chat rep Hey we have seen other chats on here from other CS reps that would make your freaking head spin , Can not type properly or just out and out RUDE , this Ronald seems to have humor and that's always a good thing when dealing with the general public imo !

I am almost sure he was aware and just wanted to lighten up the chat !!!!

Been a player at RedFlush and sister venue: Casino LaVida, since Feb 2011
First contact there prior to depositing was with Raymond.
Kept a copy of that chat too -
but only because after confusing him a little, I sought clarification by emailing support ...
only to have it answered by Raymond anyway
Long story short -
Never a moment's worry at either venue!
Have cashed out a number of times.
They're always eager to please and I can't quite fathom why LaVida sits lower ranked than RedFlush in ratings here (?)
their promotions are virtually identical and both play fair.
I got the dual CD promo yesterday also. Deposited $50 at La Vida - $50 bonus added.
Somewhat shaky some hours later, down around $19 bal ...
going for broke with $2.50 spins in final round of Jason.

Can't say I'm surprised. This happened to me last year with the La Vida/Redflush CSR:

Don't want to bitch too much about it but do you find it acceptable when the CSR uses chatroom language to address your issues? Had to chat with an accredited casino CSR earlier today and the person was calling me "dude", "mate", was using "lol" at the end of every sentence and was even making "unusual" smileys like you'd expect to see on a 15 year old's Facebook account.

I'm pretty sure they hire teenagers.

It only works at one casino. Once I had used it at La Vida, the other code for Red Flush came up as "invalid". The mailer quoted my La Vida username, not my Red Flush one. I think this promo was meant to be for an existing account at one of the pair, and then a repeat for opening an account at the other. As my Red Flush account was an existing one, the code was "invalid".

The mailer was rather confusing, and if it hadn't quoted my La Vida username, I would have binned it as otherwise it looks like a "new players only" promo as sent from a third party.

I couldn't withdraw, and they said they couldnt remove it.

That was back when I first started playing online (before I found casinomeister) And I did nothing, lost all my money that I had won.

Also get a lot of spam from them, even after emailing them to say I wasnt interested in playing there ever again, and to remove me from the mailing list.

If the extra comes at the start it is cool. But if it comes just before meeting wr, that is bad. As it is allmost impossible to notice it before hitting the spin button .
