After many deposits over the past year at slot madness, I had a cashin in March 2010 and one on Jan. 1, 2011 for $2k.

I submitted all required documentation X2 times. No emails are answered.

Chat Support said it takes up to 30 days to be paid to quicktender.

The only comment regarding payout processing time on the their website states "Due to current banking and processing issues in the online gambling community, we are unable to give an exact date that payouts will be made following approval. In most cases, payments will be made within 7 -10 days of approval; however there could be slight delays from time to time. Slot Madness Casino takes casino withdrawals very seriously and will get our players paid out as quickly."


I hardly see how a payout to an Ewallet can be delayed due to banking and processing issues. The only thing that delays payments to quicktender is them actually processing and transmitting the funds to quicktender.

No reply to emails, 20 days longer to process simple cashins and getting the run-around on documentation submitted including not even acknowledging the receipt of the documents; makes this Casino and Casino Group the worst place I have played in years:mad:

Slot Madness has been taken over by the Virtual group about half a year ago, so you're dealing with the worst possible group.
Sorry you didn't know this, but be prepared for a long wait...:(

Seems they forgot to update the website when they took over.:(
 
They Are Horrible

How they stay in business I don't know. They seriously don't care about how they treat players and their lame excuses and delays are so.........obvious.

What a huge difference between when I cashed in in March 2010 and now.

I didn't know they were bought out or I would have never played there.

And I wouldn't have deposited there if I had known of their payment delays, luckily I won on no deposit bonus so don't have to deal with that delay tactic.

I have lost far more over the past year then the 2k they owe me.

I even told them to keep the money I deposited and pay me my winnings ASAP. Apparently they don't have the money to pay players or it wouldn't take 30 days to processes payment to quicktender,

something other casinos can accomplish in 24-48 hours.

Sloltmadness casino is crooked and if not for being a hassle I would dispute the recent deposits I made there.

To much work. I will post my experience on all "business complaint boards" I can find.

I totally understand what you're saying. I've personally contacted several O.C.'s in hopes they would look at a system which would avoid the problem you're having now among many other players. I get, it's not in our business plan most of the time. :what:

There's a better way but I'm limited to what I can say here footdr. Although I will point out that online complaints kill the credibility of what could be a respected and accredited casino on the internet. So, go for it! :thumbsup:

If they would listen to many of the doc. complaints being posted such as yours and take action the outlook for their future would be more positive than ignoring internal problems and current document procedures.

It's going to take many more complaints or regulation before there's a new standard. :rolleyes:

That's right - and it's not just players they screw either.
I was promoting Slot Madness before they got taken over by Ass Revenue (part of the Virtual group) and guess what... they STILL haven't paid me my affiliate commission from AUGUST last year. :mad:

Anyone who has ANY dealings with this group seriously needs their head examining.
(Except the "big boys" like GPWA and Casino City who probably get paid on time (and handsomely) for continuing to promote and send unsuspecting players to these CasinoMeister Rogued casinos...)

Oh I have totally missed that they have been taken over. I have not deposited in a looong time, but still have it on my computer - however now they are uninstalled forever!

It's hardly something Virtual would TELL you, since they hardly want to trigger a mass exodus of players they had just paid for.

They want them playing just as before, in blissful ignorance, and THEN only show their hand when those players withdraw, and find there has been a DRAMATIC change for the worse.

Virtual are NOT interested in any "better way" to handle verification. They LIKE the current system, with all the delays and inefficiencies they have laboured hard to introduce.

Other groups just seem reluctant to change, and will ONLY do so if the current systems get so bad that the inflow of depositing players dries up, or a severe cock-up gets the attention of international governments, such as a wave of crime committed on the back of a huge data leak from an online casino.
 
Update on status of my withdrawal

Well after 10 days, still no emails regarding my submitted documents or status of my withdrawal to quicktender; BUT, it finally moved out of pending.

Will wait to see how long it takes them now to send the money to QTender.

According to Chat takes 7-10 days after it has been "approved" and moved from pending.

If that is true, it will be 20 days to get paid to quicktender. Highly unacceptable.
 
UPDATE ON SLOTMADNESS FIASCO

It has now been 17 days since I requested cashout to QT and 10 days since the withdrawal was approved for payment.

Chat advises it could take up to 10 days following "approval". But, can't provide a date I can expect payment.

Here is my email response to their last "promotions email" I received, THE ONLY emails I receive:

I don't think I will be taking you up on these promotional offers when I have been waiting 17 days for payment to quicktender on my withdrawal made on 1/1/2011.

Loyal players normally deposit after receiving the money owed them, by delaying payouts you are delaying players from redepositing and playing at the casino. I have played online for many years and am a loyal player to those casinos that pay promptly when I happen to win.

You are losing money by delaying your payouts.

Doubt they give a crap!
 
Update on Slot Madness fiasco....

Still no response to emails and tried to phone the casino and was on hold and eventually disconnected, 3 times. A-holes.

my latest email to their payouts department:

Obviously the date I requested payment be made to my quicktender account in the email below; has come and gone. It is one week later, still no response to emails and support advises, "I have no idea when you will be paid". Wow, what a way to manage a business.

Why are you still allowing players to deposit when you have no intention of paying them if they win? Or, taking your good sweet time to pay their winnings. Unacceptable business practice.

A RESPONSE WOULD BE SURPRISING!

Got a call today and was told they are not paying to quicktender anymore and are sending a cashiers check. Nice to find out 33 days after being told my money would be paid to my quicktender account.

a-holes!

Said it was up to their processor and processor only pays "certain amounts" to quicktender. Thats all they knew.

But, I did receive the check via fedex as promised. Received 3 days after they said it was being processed by their processor. Will post if it doesn't go through.
 
yes please keep us informed. i quit playing there after i read they had been bought out but they gave me a free 25 dollar chip and i played and was able to make a max withdrawl of 75.00. i requested qt withdrawl and they said it would take 4 to 6 bussiness days. today is the 4th bussiness day as i requested it on mon. its such a small amount and it wasnt any money out of my pocket , but i would use the 75 somewhere else so it would be nice to get paid. lol
 
ok heres the update on my q t withdrawl from slot madness. its now been 12 bussiness days and my withdrawl is still pending. ill be lucky if it takes another 7 bussiness days, ill even be luckier to get my little 75 dollars by the end of this month. and my docs were approved months ago. i dont even think id take a free chip from them anymore. unacceptable..
 
ok its been now 15 days since my withdrawl was approved at slot madness. still no payment to q t. its been a total of 6 weeks since i initally requested the withdrawl. i havent gotten any response from payouts@slotmadness either. live chat couldnt tell me why i still havent been paid. they ignore emails. thinking ill give it up.

Please don't give up. I think there must be quite a number of players that just give up padding their bottom line.

The people that do get paid seem to be the ones the pester. Get in touch with Marty Davis. AFAIK he's still providing assistance to players.

It's late, and I had a hard time even finding the reply button. But if you can't find his contact info, I'll look for it for you in the morning.

It's especially evil when Virtual acquires previously owned casinos that had not yet fallen into the dark side.

I'm pretty sure Marty only deals with the Rogue Virtual Group - I don't think he has any influence at the Rogue Ace Revenue Group, even though they have the same Rogue Owner - but it might be worth trying anyway.

I do agree that players should not give up; keep politely chasing them and they probably will pay within 6-months of your original withdrawal request.
(They took 4 months to pay me).

update. i emailed this guy named marty ---no reply. so now its 18 bussiness days since withdrawl was approved. so i figured what the heck i go to chat and see if they can find out anything. i told them my situations and the rep said he did not know why i havent gotten paid. i asked for another person of contact and then was told its best i not send emails or keep asking and that i would soon enough get paid. i asked them soon enough?? as in what time frame is soon enough? i was told this weekish most likely. well this weekish is already over and still nothing. i cant even ask if this is a joke anymore because its not funny:rolleyes: . yet everyday im swamped with new bonus offers from them, im glad it was a free chip i used and not my own money.
 
I realize that there are a lot of players out there that do not know good or bad casinos. We are lucky to be in a gambling forum like Casinomeister.

What gets me is that members here that know these casinos are crap and yet keep depositing. And then get upset and post that they are not being paid.

I am not trying to be snotty or rude, I am just truly dumbfounded that they keep playing there.

What is the logic behind you folks that play at rogue casinos. "Just taking a shot at getting lucky?"
 
Regarding slot madness....

It use to be good and not rouged and I was paid within 72hrs. Many of us were unaware it was sold and put on rouge list.

Believe me I deposited once with the New Owners and won but due to continual payment delays of winnings I won't be playing there again!
