So i made a account on Premier Live Casino 18th of august, played for a few days and won a decent amount and was gonna cash out to my VISA-card. The verification took 2 days, and its not possible to make a withdrawal untill the account is verified, and they will transfer the money back to your account untill its verified. So on the following monday my account was finally verified and i could cash out. Did the cashout and selfexluded myself for 7 days. The week went by and no money was yet received on my bank account. Friday the same week i contacted their live chat and asked where my money had gone. The person i spoke to couldnt answer that question and said it usually takes 3-5 days till the money are on your bankaccount. So i was 100% sure that the money would be on my account the following monday (29th of august). No money was received that monday. I then contacted live chat again monday morning to ask where my money was, and they was gonna send the question to their financial department. I then received a email later that day from the financial department where they said they have problems with cash out to VISA-cards and that i should do bank transfer instead.
If they had a problem with VISA withdrawals, why dont they disable that function or atleast inform the players? And i never got informed that it had been a problem with the cashout, i had to find out by myself by contacting them. They could've atleast told me earlier that i need to do a bank transfer.
Anyways, i then signed on the site to do cashout via bank transfer. But guess what? Another problem! To do a bank transfer i had to fill in which country im from. Did the option where you choose country work? Nope. The next day it was finally fixed and i could do the cash out. Cashed out on tuesday and it took them 2 days to process the withdrawal. I also cashed out 3 different amounts and one is still pending.
