They send me email about 100% casino/vegas bonus.
first of all bonus didnt credit automatically.. after i finally got touch with support they added bonus and told me its only on twin spin.
It doesnt say anything about twin spin only in email or bonus rules...
I said they must be lying to me since i cant find that info anywhere and support closed chat....
after that i opened new chat window and asked is this way to handle things ? Support replied that they cant close chat from their end...
after the conversation has gone some time and i sent them screenshot about that promo i got and said that if they dont add me right bonus ill make complaint..
