Start a online casino, where to start?

So, i have a client that just obtained their online license, they asked me to setup the platform and come up with a quota which i'm delighted todo for 'm. I have however no clue on where to start once you got this license. The integration and such if API documentation is provided is not a problem, design and all that neither. I have consulted a few affiliate managers but it's weekend so the most fastest response will proberly by monday.
