Provided that you have supplied us with all the necessary payment details, please rest assured that we are doing our best to payout any pending commission as soon as possible.

In the event that you have not yet provided us with sufficient payment details, you are urged to do so at your earliest convenience in order that the pay-out of your commissions can be effected. In line with clause 1.2 of our Terms and Conditions, should no or insufficient payment details be provided to us within three months from the first date that commissions are attempted to be paid out to you, your pending commissions will unfortunately have to be forfeited. Please be informed that such commissions shall not be recoverable following forfeiture.

As a result of an internal business decision, the company has decided to terminate all cost per acquisition deals with effect from the 27th December 2017. In view of the latter, the company shall not continue to payout any CPA’s from traffic referred from this date onwards. For the avoidance of any doubt, CPA’s from post conversions will be honoured.
