Ah my favourite subject. I could take a PhD in this now :D

<raises hand> Please sir...ooh ooh me me me!

Clue: 25% ;)

They are only increasing the reverse period to 24hrs!??? Big mistake. Everyone knows us players prefer 48hrs. Just so we can be ABSOLUTELY certain we meant to cash out.

X. UH-uhhh.

They need to change that dreadfully patronising "don't make a rushed decision" wording quick smart... I mean, how many times have you cashed out and twelve hours later thought "ooooohh... Damn! I wish I hadn't rushed into making that withdrawal - I'm gutted now"... Never? Me neither.

The first MG casino to offer a selection criteria in the banking option for 1/2/3/6/9/12/24/48 Hours Reversal Period will win a huge round of applause...

So easy to do these things right. So why damage a reputation by doing things wrong? There's some seriously ill advised marketing/operations people in this business I reckon!...

I just got off the phone with Firstweb and was told by support that alot of people complained that 6 hours wasn't enough time in case they wanted to reverse . They also told me that if you want it flushed to let them know . I had written support hours before asking for my withdawl to be flushed and it wasn't done until I called so I suggest calling them .
I was really liking the 6 hours without having to contact them and having my cashin the next day . I am wondering if this will make cashouts take days instead of 1 day again . I can let you know how long it takes .

Oh no - you're kidding  So they upped it to 24 hours from 6?!

So er....what about this:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/reverse-withdrawal.7443/

And our survey said, 4.70% of players agreed with the Jackpot Factory :what: Must be an extremely vocal minority!

Ah well. Damn. I just signed up at All Jackpots too to check 'em out after all the good press :( That was a waste of time then. I'm not phoning after every withdrawal lol.

Yeah, because it's sooooo hard to deposit out of your Neteller or Debit Card again or whatever... Totally in the casino's favour, end of story.

I'd love to know the figures on players who reverse, we've all done it. It's exactly the same reason why Las Vegas casino's make it so hard to leave!!!

I wonder what percentage of income it represents for casino's, I'm sure it's a lot. Just don't patronise us by pretending you're doing it for the players benefit.

Of course most casinos seem to miss the fact that if they just had instant withdrawals, customers could then re-deposit as much or as little as they liked, whenever they liked.

Guess they missed that option when they did their survey ;)

True. But it's a software provider thing so that ain't gonna happen is it. Can just see the casinos lobbying them now...not

I'm tellin' ya, when Ladbrokes accept US players, which must be imminent, they could clean up most of what 32Red has left behind with their customer-controlled cashout process! The only potential hiccup being your deposit and withdrawal option must be the same.

Unless the rumours are true and they buy 888 of course - lol. Then its back to the drawing board :D

Speaking 4 me, I have a hard enough inner battle finding the cash out button, I then spend at least 10min weighting up what to cash out. I just wish a MG had the flush options <like Sloster! suggested> it would sure make things a lot easier for me at least. Once it's flushed it's gone. Having it sit there just breaks my nuts every time!

Hmmm.. Good point... Listening to the customers seems like the hardest thing for most casino's again!

Well, should the US Legislation nonsense go away and all fall in the players favour - I'm more than happy to spend a few months Stateside promoting 32RED properly to the American audience... Making sure there's nothing left to clean up. Las Vegas is probably a good base to work from, lots of 'research' needed of course - all expenses paid. You reading this Ed?!?? I can leave Monday :D

You can never say never.

Check out KK's website - the man should change his name to KashoutKing!

Ok - so I've won more in one hit than a whole years profit, but it's profit at the end of the day, and I've lost twice that... and more. Lots more! I think it's amazing he's managed to win so consistently and, although there's never going to be enough to make a living, it should be applauded for a brilliant way to enjoy online gaming in the best possible way!

OK, somebody needs to fess up here.

Who complained about the short reversal period?

Let me rephrase that: Which of you affiliates posing as a player complained?

Idea

Perhaps Jackpot Factory could introduce a "please flush my withdrawal" button on the home page, which will send a standard flush mail through to support tagged with the account number.

I am surprised the decision was customer led, certainly wasn't us was it:D
It sucks, but I suppose they thought they were doing the right thing if customers were complaining about their money being stuck in their Neteller, or perhaps they wanted to play in the 8 hours or so it takes to move between flush and Neteller.

It may be , of course, that the complainants use a slower withdrawal method, and have to wait days before they can play again.

They do at least flush on request, but you have to contact them, and sometimes there can be a delay when they are running promotions that I am going to win again :D (Brag, Boast, Famous last words, Ego the size of Texas, etc etc.....).

LOL. A short-sighted one at a guess :D

What some people dont realise is that a player who gets treated well and gets the cashouts quicker than elsewhere, is much more likely to stay loyal. It shouldn't be a case of a casino thinking "ooh when they cashout they won't come back so lets hang on to their money longer". It should be "ooh if we process their cashouts fast and give them great service, they'll stay with us".
