I dont really understand casinos why they want even do this enymore , that withdrawals take more than 24hours. Itse year 2022 and money move"s very fast.

That is exactly why it's introduced. Because someone at the casino proberly figured out this way they would increase their revenue of people spunk their winnings away. Some casino's even maintain 48 hours on business days excluding the weekend and sometimes its difficult not to touch it.
