Hi everyone,

I bumped into this new online casino, called Spinit (Genesis Global Limited). They're operating under UK and Maltese licenses. Seems like a good casino and they have a nice welcome bonus offer with good wagering. Thinking about signing up here. Any experiences with this casino?

Everything is welcome.

Thanks in advance.

'Sister' site to Casino Cruise.

I'll not make further comment other than advise you to do some searches on here on CC and events gone by.

Hi Jono777,

Thank you for your reply. Did not know they are a "sister" to Casino Cruise, however I've had a bad experience with them a while ago with account verification and other stuff. Also, they are operating under EveryMatrix I think?

Hearing this is enough for me. Not signing up there.

They should be "pending" BBF since they are a sister casino to Casino Cruise. I would wait to sign up until they want to go through with it so we can do a proper critique. If you are impatient, you can always sign up here: https://www.casinomeister.com/goto/?c=spinit

Definitely a sister site to Casino Cruise.

I've been waiting for a withdrawal since last tuesday (6 days ago)

I sent my documents in as requested. It then took 76 hours for them to tell me that they wouldn't accept the passport scan, which has been accepted by every casino I've joined in the past 5 years.

They also wouldn't accept a screenshot of my bank statement, which other casinos have accepted.

Who doesn't conduct, most, if not all, of their business online now?

As they're an EveryMatrix site, wouldn't it be EM who do the KYC on their behalf? EM have previously accepted my documents many time.
It all just seems like standard stalling techniques.

So I took an actual photograph of my passport and explained about not having any paper utility bills or bank statements
That was 2 days ago....

And all this time, the withdrawal is reversible, although I'm not desperate for the money, so that won't be happening.

Also, since i'm not in a hurry for the money, I'll wait and see what happens to 'normal' (non-CM) customers, rather than try to have a rep speed things up.

Same thing happened to me . They will refuse your documents twice on tenuous grounds and make you wait at least 72 hours each time before telling you so.. it's really pathetic because it puts you off ever playing there again . Eventually they paid me after about 9 days

Took me ages to get the withdrawal (600ish iirc) about a month or two ago, document verification took days.

Wouldn't play there despite winning.

Documents now approved, and apparently my withdrawal will be processed in the next 48-72 hours !!!!

Woohoo! I just have another week! Get the money and get oottt

Update - the first withdrawal has now been returned. Live chat isn't working - no reason as to why as Im meant to be verified.

Pretty poor first impression - lack of communication, live chat poor and withdrawals going to take eons.

Avoid.

Finally got through to Live chat - apparently the payments team have the w/d's under 'risk investigation'. Asked what it was and apparently it's 'nothing to do with you personally' What the actual...Should get a response tomorrow apparently. Lord almighty!

Yes this is exactly the same as I had . Finally get through verification only to find out they haven't even begun to process my withdrawal yet :( They did process it about 48 hours after I received that email tho so hopefully you should see your money

And..... STILL waiting..... 7 days later !!!!

And they're hoping to become accredited ?????

And....... STILL waiting ...... It's now 11 days since I made the withdrawal request, and it's still pending and reversible.

No doubt they'll sail through the BBF though.
Probably because of their association with Casino Cruise, Most experienced CM members won't even risk signing up. So there'll be very little feedback

There needs to be of the negative variety make sure they don't get accredited.

Stunts like this are pure BS.

5 days later...

They have now decided that I can't withdraw to Neteller, even though my last 3 deposits were made by Neteller.

I have to reverse and re-withdraw to a Visa card, I used for my first deposit.

No doubt this will also stay pending and reversible for the next 5 days.

Spotted your name next to thread and though "Finally!"

Nope these guys take taking the piss to a whole new level.

Never mind accrediting these losers, CC should have theirs under scrutiny after these ****'s tricks

They will send you an email with a tempting reload offer within the next 24 hours :p

I got that very thing yesterday.

75% and 40 FS also.

Thing is if it were not for continuous, regular negative threads like this one I'd have taken it.

My 8 year old daughter could run a better set up!

I really don't understand their business logic. Had the withdrawal been for £1,000's, I could see why they might want to stall payment. But it was only for £180!
Are they really so underfunded and desperate for cash?

I had previously made 5 deposits there, each of which was £100. So i'm not exactly an ultra-low roller.
Had everything been processed within a couple of days, like most other casinos can do, they'd probably have had another £400-£500 in deposits in the time it's taken to process this one withdrawal (14 days).
Plus what i might have deposited in the future.

But as it is, they'll probably never see another penny from me.

I forgot to add, after I'd actually received the withdrawal....

They initially rejected a screenshot from my bank's website, showing my address etc.

So I took a screenshot of a different page, resized it to the same size an A4 sheet of paper would be, and renamed it 'Scan001'

They accepted that (after the second, obligatory 72+ hour stalling period, obviously):eek:

Agree with you there Jon. I don't like Casino Cruise or their rep here on the CM boards. I haven't had any bad dealings with them but I haven't played there for quite some time. I always get the feeling like they are dodgy and wish they weren't accredited here. But that is just my opinion:)
