My Casino Rating: 1/10
The empire has cracked. The software gets worse every month.
I've been a member since the PlayID app launched, with crypto exchange and
solid bonus offers. Then the bonuses dried up and a 10x cap was introduced
across the board.
This wasn't a Spinanga decision — it was the entire umbrella of 100+ sister
casinos, all running the same offer. Roughly two years ago they went from good
to sleazy overnight. No notice to players. Ask support about it and you're
treated as if you're the only person in Norway with the problem.
DOCUMENTED ISSUES:
Bonus system miscounting: I purchased 10 collectibles that should have paid out
1300 NOK. I received 0, because the system registered only 8 purchases.

Five months later: still unresolved. Same answer every time — "you will be
contacted by email." It never happens.
Excluded from campaigns without explanation: In July there was a 600 NOK bonus
running across several of these casinos. Support at Legiano confirmed that
management had decided I would not receive it. I tried Casinia — same answer
there. So I receive the campaign emails, but I'm not allowed to participate in
the campaigns.
Compared to two other players I know, I've had consistent problems with bonuses
and loyalty points that they have never experienced.
THE FREE SPIN TRAP:
Max cashout as low as 2x. Minimum withdrawal is 200 NOK while winnings are
capped at 160 NOK. Do the math on that one. On top of that, you have to chase
support to get spins you're already entitled to.
CONCLUSION:
Want your money when you win? Stay away. They were heading in the right
direction a few years ago. The last two years have been a straight nosedive.

Dette var ikke en Spinanga-avgjørelse — det var hele paraplyen med 100+
søstercasinoer som alle hadde samme tilbud. For rundt to år siden gikk de over
natten fra gode til sleipe. Ingen informasjon til spillerne. Spurte du support,
ble du behandlet som om du var den eneste i Norge med problemet.

kampanje-e-postene, men får ikke delta i kampanjene.
Sammenlignet med to andre spillere jeg kjenner, har jeg konsekvent hatt
problemer med bonuser og bonuspoeng som de aldri har hatt.

Max uttak ned til 2x innsats. Minste uttaksbeløp er 200 NOK, mens gevinsten
cappes på 160 NOK. Regn selv. I tillegg må du mase for å få spinnene du
allerede har krav på.
KONKLUSJON:
Vil du ha pengene dine når du vinner? Hold deg unna. De var på rett vei for
noen år siden. De siste to årene har det gått rett i dass.
