Hello, I thought I'd kill 2 birds with one stone here and make my introductory post a review.
Some in the UK may have seen the late night TV ads for spinandwin.

It is owned by Daub Holdings and Alderney registered, and new in late 2011. The site is primarily Wagerworks but reminds me of Virgin in that is has flash versions of the MG favourites too like TS2 etc.

So, I joined getting a free 20 pounds trial (35x WR and need to deposit £10min before you can cash it out ) and lost it.
I deposited 50 and received 50 as a 100% SUB and it has a good WR in that it is only 25xBONUS - this will all turn to cash as soon as the total 25X is hit (as I luckily found out.)

So, played the old WW favourite cleopatra and had the 'WW RUN' as I call it - as some of you probably know on WW you can join a site and get the consistent what I call 'overlap' where big wins and free spins accumulate by appearing before you lose the last, and yes, I know this can be applicable for all software but only on WW have I frequently made 40x my 50 pounds deposit compared to others as they are very streaky. This run got me to 2100 I cashed out at 1700.

This is where my only problem occurred - the deposit methods are limited, MB and credit/debit cards. I deposited with a mastercard and UK mastercards are usually OK but after asking was told I couldn't receive the refund that way at all - this wasn't mentioned on the site banking/T&C at all btw. but I would be sent a cheque. I don't know about you people but i always get 'first-time w/d nerves' although in the tens of casinos I've played i never once failed to be paid, usually promptly and never by cheque lol.

So, I asked CC about where the cheque comes from - on the banking section which is very good you have a 24 hour reversible period, unusual on WW sites. They said Ulster and it had been sent etc. but would take 7-14 days. I said thats wrong as a letter from Ulster takes 2-3 days to England as it's Royal Mail same as other areas of UK. Anyway, after not making not one solid deposit into my john for a week sure enough it drops on the doormat 9 days after the W/D was done so I got confidence back.

I deposited another 100 and had an incredible run, getting cleopatra to bestow her riches to the tune of a peak balance of 6.2k, before following my golden rule of always w/ding once i get to 75% of my highest balance. 9 days after a cheque for a cool 4.7k was on my mat. I had already submitted docs when I made my first w/d btw Anyway, CC rang me because during that run on cleo where i played a max of 20 quid a spin (never ever done more than 5 before) I had come second in a free weekend tourney for the top-turnover players and offered me a free 50 quid prize bonus, 25x playthru. LOL it turned to cash at 370 balance so i cashed out another cheque for 351.

I carried on a few deposits after that but started losing so quit, having made over 5k overall.

The site is a bit 'girly-bingoey' in appearance pink/purple but it is very easy to navigate and clear. The bonuses are top-notch; I have never seen so many offered before and with plain quite low WR too. there is a 3D section, endless free promos/tourneys and little extras like scratchcards when you make nearly every deposit. Banking is prompt, you always find you w/d in process after 24hrs. even at weekends and then 24-48 hours after will state 'complete and has been refunded' like the MG banking does.

So, simple to navigate, great selection of games no download, reliable server, quick w/d's good 24hr. chat CS and freefone too, Alderney Reg. and I have to say the best bonuses I've seen in all my sites I've ever played with nearly the softest WR I ever saw.

I would give the site 5***** but for the w/d issue I had, but because this wasn't made clear (the MG casinos for example always carry a list of w/d methods and list the countries you can w/d to MC in) AND after I made a complaint about the fact and was told the site would be amended, and it wasn't even 4 weeks later, I will have to award it 4****.

I would have NO hesitation in saying this place was the best I ever played at and give 5***** but for the 24 hour reverse period (not seen in WW site before) and the lack of clarity for MC w/d's.

Well worth a visit but use visa/debit cards lol.........

Welcome to the forum.

I tested S&W about 2/3 months back but not sure I entirely agree with you though :p The reverse pending time was enough to rule me out from becoming a regular and very unusual being from an Alderney jurisdiction. Interesting too that you found gameplay quick: i sometimes found it slow spinning in the evenings although I have had similar issues on Quickfire servers so it may be down to that and not strictly S&W's fault but either way it could get frustrating at times.

Scored average for me because I struggled to find anything unique about it - and I still don't understand why anyone would stick with a casino that has 24/48hr reverse times in this day and age with better options available to be honest.

Yeah, agreed thats what I'm saying, unusual to see WW with reverse period, but then if you like MG casinos you always get 24-48 reverse period wherever you play, although 32red often get this down to less than 12 hours. If you like playtech many are 96 which is disgusting, although as im sure youd point out betfred etc have no reverse pending period.
The only thing id dispute is the bonuses as they were good and many and 25x bonus only is a very competetive one especially when you look at the newly accredited 1bet with a predatory bonus of 50x.
PS hang on a mo that one was at the top of the accredited list a few days ago not there now??

Anyway don't know where thats gone but back on the subject I agree usually the FIRST thing I check out is that bloody pending nonsense, and I don't join any site that has over 24 hours.

PS at risk of being called dense where do i thank the replying person?

I've a reviewer who tested them for a review and never mentioned any issues with game delay - i'll have to ask them about that. Looking at the scores now, i've come to some fairly similar conclusion - they've scored pretty well across the board baring one of the most important categories, Payout Speed where they're well behind industry average. So above average overall but not topping the tables.
