Not sure if any other VIP at spin palace have had this problem but I am VIP and mainly play there I asked vip support to flush my withdrawal and was told this option is no longer available only to the highest vip level which is private, not very happy and think I'll try another club sounds to me like they are going bad. Has anyone lese had this problem?

I was never a VIP there, but I seem to recall someone mentioning this policy change a month or two ago. Just be patient and remember it next time before you deposit. :)

They have a special "private" VIP grade?

I thought I hit the top at Platinum on the VIP loyalty scale.

Without the flush option, they have a 48 hour pending period. which is regrettably becoming the new "fast withdrawals" standard:mad:

After a management meeting of July 26 the VIP program was changed completely. I posted my problem with them on CM a few weeks ago when I was dropped as a VIP and they withheld my withdrawal for 2 weeks...all this after 9 years of almost exclusive play with them. Long story short, they apologized for the horrible way everything was handled but I closed my account with them regardless. The damage was done. I'm sure they've lost a few players recently as a result of this change and are probably hesitant to tell you that you are no longer a true VIP with this new structure. It's their loss!

Also, as a result of the way my withdrawal was handled, phoning members offering bonuses if withdrawals are reversed and informing me that if I play exclusively with them that I may get VIP back, I suspect financial difficulties occuring with this group.

I think you may be right this is the only casino I have really played at so can anyone from Australia advise which are the safest and best casinos to play at. I know most of you recommend 32 red so will try there but what are the other most popular casinos Australians play at? Thanks in advance. Also in regards to the 48 hour pending period I suppose this doesnt include weekends? I will certainly think twice before playing at a casino that rings players asking offering them bonus to reverse their withdrawals. I was considering clubworld or inet bet can anyone from Australia recommend these casinos. Thankyou

Not so VIP anymore

Maybe it's a common thing with Casinos?
VIP so long as you're good for business??

I never asked to be a VIP at Spin Palace.
I had been told to get lost elsewhere I enquired - but this was different.
SP contacted ME !!!
After a year of enjoying their bonuses - but losing my dough, I had a win and then noticed I'd been "booted".
Last month ... Maybe I got Too Lucky all of a suddy?
Hardly a fortune?
An $1800 win and suddenly the VIP bonuses calendar is no longer accessible.
I believe the w/d put me UP a whole $200 for the year ;)
But then -
I'm a dyed in the wool 32Red-er and so i wasn't too miffed -
Until the other day I rec'd a Spin P "player invite" to go check out the latest "loyalty" rewards stuff
(no ref to any VIP anything)
Not a word of advice about any offence given/bonus abuse/lack of attendance or what have you...
Simply deprived of privileges it seems.

So I sent my reply....

"UNSUBSCRIBE"! :p

If that's exactly what they told you the flush function should be available for everybody:p.

On a more serious note you should get accustomed to these poorer level of services as the trend nowadays is slower processing time. Reasons are twofold ie they hope you reverse your w/ds and lose and pave the way for reducing the number of w/ds leading to lower processing costs. So many casinos either start to stop flushing w/ds or extend the pending period as it seems to work for them. They know they wont be able to match 32RED in every department so might as well be meaner even to VIPplayers.

Seems to be their policy, boot winners from the VIP club when they get lucky enough to nudge ahead. I was VIP at both Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune. A big win at Spin Palace got me booted from the VIP club there, and a later 6K win at Prime was followed by getting the steel toecap in the ass from Ruby Fortune, even though I was over 12K DOWN:confused:

I became VIP at GNUF before they got assimilated into the collective which is Palace Group, but a recent win that put me ahead overall by 7K does not seem to have triggered the boot, and I am still seeing the VIP calendar, and as a Platinum player in the loyalty club, I get some pretty good offers. I bet the first time I "megastreak" one of the fruities though, the management will don their steel reinforced boots and take aim at my ass. They may even dawdle when paying the withdrawal.

32Red ARE different, still Club Rouge, still seeing the offers, and over 50K ahead over the life of my account. The 32Red Club Rouge is not used as a marketing ploy to lure high rollers into depositing even more, but a club based on personal invite from the top, which takes into account many things, not just how much and often you deposit. If added together, the bonuses for Club Rouge members are more than most other MGS casinos hand out, but at 32Red it is a little something on around half the days in the month, rather than a headline grabbing match a couple of times a month.
