I just played their signup bonus a few days ago, cashed out and was approved last night - still havent got funds in neteller but I assume its a 24-48 hrs thing.
Email support is very very slow, but other than that it seems ok. Seems they are connected to King Solomons somehow.

Well when I called, they took about 10 minutes to find the right account as I always use the same player ID at RTG - and they brought up my Gold Standard and King Solomons account before they eventually found my Spectra account. I guess they might just share support facilities, but who knows??
The advice was 4-5 business days to Neteller AFTER approval - if thats the case then they wont be seeing me again.
