Good day Meister people!
During last 2 days, I received 3 emails about NDB and registration bonus in Loco Panda casino.
Even tough I unsubscribed every time i received an email - they keep spamming my mailbox.
I even reported this case to their ISP.
I wanted to know who is sending those email, still, the live support was not quite helpful:
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Jennifer'
Jennifer: Thank you for playing at Loco Panda, my name is Jennifer. How can I help you?
you: Hi Jennifer, I would like to know where did your casino, or it's affiliate found my email
you: DUring last 2 days I received 3 different emails about your casino, even tough I am not subscribed neither to your promo emails, neither to your affiliate's promo emails
you: So, I would just like to know how did these emails end up in my mailbox?
you: This is the reference URL: Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)
you: So you can manage to find the affiliate registered with this tracking code
Jennifer: Just a moment please.
you: Sure thing, tako your time
you: I will have to go away from the keayboard, I will be back in 5 minutes, take your time, but please give me a reasonable answer.
Jennifer: Please find unsubscribe button in your e-mail
you: Jennifer, I did it....TWICE!!
you: Still, I received another email from the same IP provider
you: So, It is not what I need, I did not ask where tu unsubscribe, but WHERE did you get my email/
Jennifer: The email you received was not sent directly from the casino and is most likely from a mailing list you have signed up for through a casino related website or forum. Therefore the information the email contains is not always 100% accurate or pertaining to your account as we don't let other websites access your personal information. If an email is coming from us, you will see that the domain is @locopanda.com, if it is any different, you know it is not an official Loco Panda email. If you wish to unsubscribe from the emails being sent, please contact those sending the emails, or check for a removal link in the emails themselves.
Please correct me if I have no solid case here, but getting the same email almost twice a day is very annoying.
I am looking for your opinion on how to make them STOP spamming me.
Thanks,
JJ
