HI guys,

As the spamming affiliate did not stop to bomb my email, I tried to to explain the situation to LocoPanda again...

I doubt he will stop. But this time they stated that I receive these emails because I am a member of CasinoMeister.. WTF?!

please read the chat from below:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Vikky'

Vikky: Thank you for playing at Loco Panda, my name is Vikky. How can I help you?

you: Hi VIkky

you: Once again I received a promo mail from the same affiliate of yours: xhttp://www.locopanda-live.com/bonus/25free.php?affid=52118&bonus=LPNDB#

Vikky: May I have your username, please?

you: As I already tried to unsubscribe in a regular way and without any success - I will have to demand from you to stop conduction business with him, or I have have to take legal way for protecting my privacy

Vikky: could you please provide me with your username

you: I am not here to play, I am here to inform you about illegal business being done by your affiliate

you: I do not have username

you: Can you ready what I am saying?

Vikky: The email you received was not sent directly from the casino and is most likely from a mailing list you have signed up for through a casino related website or forum. Therefore the information the email contains is not always 100% accurate or pertaining to your account as we don't let other websites access your personal information. If an email is coming from us, you will see that the domain is @locopanda.com, if it is any different, you know it is not an official Loco Panda email. If you wish to unsubscribe from the emails being sent, please contact those sending the emails, or check for a removal link in the emails themselves.

you: read*

you: Look, I know it was not send by you, and you do not have to paste me template of yours

you: I am asking you to READ what I am typing

you: I do not have anything against your casino

Vikky: as the e-mail are not sent from the casino itself we are not able to unsubscribe you

you: Still, I do have right on my privacy, which is being compromised by your affiliate

you: SO I am asking you to help me

you: I have already unsubscribed from your affiliate 5 times, without success

you: Of course, I never ever subscribed to his email

Vikky: you can also mark the e-mail as spam and then it will go automatically to the spam inbox

you: I did, but this is not what I want. I want to make him stop

Vikky: most probably you registered on some casino related sites

you: I receive 10 emails from him about 1000 different casinos

Vikky: please try to contact the affiliate

you: "most probably" is not

you: I did, several times

you: I never subscribed to ANY casino forumes except casinomeister

you: So what I am trying to accomplish here is to make him stop

Vikky: we are not able to help you from our side as we do not have access to affiliates' data base

you: Still, you have his contact details

you: And you know that sending spam and bulk is not legal

Vikky: we have hundreds of affiliates)

you: At least your affiliate team knows that

you: Yes, but this is his tag xhttp://www.locopanda-live.com/bonus/25free.php?affid=52118&bonus=LPNDB#

you: So you are able to recognize him

Vikky: we do not have access to affiliates' data base

you: Hahahha

you: You already said that

Vikky: and we are not able to influence their activity

you: But you can contact him to tell him this is not the way he should conduct his business

you: Of course you are

you: Your affiliate department should take care of these things

Vikky: also you mentioned that you are registered on one casino related forum

you: You even have anti-spam policy

you: xhttp://www.locopanda-live.com/anti-spam-policy.html

you: Are you aware of that?

you: A strict anti-spam policy?!

Vikky: sure i am)

you: Explain me how strict is in my case?

Vikky: please unsubscribe from the forum you are registered on

you: Hah, which one?

Vikky: You have stated that you are registered on casinomeister

you: Please explain me how the un-subscription from casinomeister will help me not receiving spam from affiliate of locopanda?

Vikky: probably you provided your e-mail address on that site

you: I did

Vikky: that is why you are receiving the promotions

you: YOu want to say that Cmeister is sending those emails to me?

you: DO you understand that this is serious accusation?

you: I asked for help and now I have been "advised" to unsubscribe from the only forum I can trust?

you: DO you know what is "Revenuejet"?

you: It is your affiliate company and I can see on their home page 4 steps to Get STarted - step 3 is "use OUR marketing tools to send traffic"

you: SO can you or your manager explain me what kind of "tools" you use for traffic?

you: Stolen players databases?

Vikky: The email you received was not sent directly from the casino and is most likely from a mailing list you have signed up for through a casino related website or forum. you: So scroll up and check what were you trying to tell me - that you are not the one who is sending the email? Cool, but how come I cannot get assistance from casino who has "spam affiliate"

you: You are not reading

you: I have unsubscribed from that affiliate

you: 5 times

you: I contacted his ISP

you: And I still receive promo emails from him.

you: As I am unable to unsubscribe, you can help me - as I provided you with banner tag he is using in your casino

you: So you can track him and inform him that spamming is not a way of getting the traffic

you: Can you do that for me?

you: And, please, do not ask me for username

you: Can you do it or not?

Vikky: we are not able to help you from our side as we do not have access to affiliates' data base

you: You must be joking - I am not asking you to delete my username from his list - as I know that you dont have access to it

you: I am asking if you can INFORM him that spamming is not the way he should conduct his business

Vikky: May I have your email address, please?

you: Why do you need it?

Vikky: i will try to do everything possible for you not to receive the promotional e-mail regarding our casino

Vikky: but i am not able to do that without knowing your e-mail address

you: Try just to explain him in general

you: That would be more than enough

you: Thanks

So, is there anything a person can do about these cases?

hehe...that was quite funny! Yeah Bryan...you need to stop sending out LocoPanda spam

Good thing you did not give them your e-mail address. They would probably just have forwarded it to the affiliate, which is just plain stupid and not the way they should handle it.

affid=52118 is the a-hole spammer. The casino has all of the capabilities to shut him down.

Please remind me to update the Rogue section on Monday. Thank you.

It shows they condone, if not encourage, the spammers. They then pretend they have no power to deal with the problem. They do, they tell the affiliate they won't be paid if they don't stop, which is the most effective way to deal with it. The rep was also very keen to pass the blame to any other site but theirs, but even if the affiliate did buy the email address from a dodgy website, they should be punished for using illegally obtained personal information, although this is probably not illegal in Costa Rica, Panama etc.

You could set up a forwarding rule that forwards all Loco Panda spam to every email address you can find for them, and let them see how bad the problem is.

Did anyone receive emails from OrientPlay? I have un subscribed (for a start I cannot remember subscribing) several times, contacted support and am still receiving the most idiotic bonus offers I have ever seen. I removed the name of the Casino as I am still new so wouldnt want to get banned :D

"First Deposit Bonus: First Deposit Bonus can earn you up to €500 payable as a monthly cash Bonus for a full year!
Bonuses are only given after paying real money. After starting the game the player uses his/her deposited money first. While using real money, the player is able to withdraw them at any time.

If there is no more money from the deposit left, the player has the right to use his /her money from the particular bonus provided. The player is able to withdraw, if he /she meets the wagering requirement, which is currently 30 times.

Example: if the bonus amount is 20 euros then the amount of turn over must be 20x30 = 600 euro."

SIGH....amazing Bonus Offer, impossible to un subscribe
