SOW Videoslots

Hi all,

I had a request for a SOW with VS today - I am not able to physically download my epayslip. I have sent a photo of my payslip taken from the computer screen on my phone.

Does anyone Know how long this process usually takes as. I have over £600 withdrawl request but obviously it hasn't been paid put due to the outstanding SOW.

Any help or advice will be welcomed

Can you not just take a print screen or use snipping tool instead of a photo with your phone?

Anyway, if they accept it should hopefully be within 24 hours.

From other posts on here it can take anything from a couple of days to months, depending if they want anything else from you.
If you email @Team.Videoslots they might be able to give you a better idea and push it along a bit quicker.
