SocialTournaments.com opens in the US!

We're excited to announce that SocialTournaments.com is now available in the US*!

is a social gaming platform where players can join tournaments free of charge and win real money. This project started back in May 2019 with only one tournament type and not many other features and has been steadily growing in complexity over time. Right now we're running a monthly prize pool of over $20.000 and we've recently launched Season 1, with reward chests, avatars and a bunch of cool features.

Looking forward to seeing some new faces in our tournaments.

Perhaps you could post a bit more and explain what your site is and what you offer for players (not sure why you didn't)?

From what I can gather on my own it's basically a freeroll slot tournament site that has 3 tournaments a day and gives some small cash prizes as a means of promoting Pragmatic Play slots.

I suppose the free/sweepstakes type model probably allows them to get around the legal gray area that most US facing casinos fall into.

Why is it not available in the UK please?

The reason is that we are running this as a social casino and UKGC have some limitations that stops us if we give out something of real money value that we need to have a UK casino license to run a social casino in UK.

So this is the reason why we decided to not offer socialtournaments to players in UK right now.

I believe it says no Kentucky (USA). Unless i'm missing something.
