I did a deposit at a casino had a nice run (16th)
went to withdraw got the no you have to send faxback forms
deposited via Quicktender but withdrawing via wire transfer

ok n/p did this on the 16th got home emailed have
you recieved the faxback forms was told no not yet
could take 24 -48 hrs I knew better got on live chat
they say oh you left off the Zip code you have to
cancel the withdraw an start all over again wtf
just to add a zip code so now we are at the 17th
so I cancel it add the ZIP code an again im waiting

I logged in tonight cause in a thread here
they say once the faxback forms are approved
then it will be 24 hrs well lo an behold there it
still sits go to live chat again oh you left off your
bank street address ummm wtf again why didn't they
email an say so even the ewallets have never
asked for street addie or zip code

so again I recanceled it an had to search
for bank addie as I do all banking online
found it an now another 48 hrs

what piss's me off is when they saw no zip
why didnt they see no street addie
so now it is the 19th wth

I PM the rep last night an they replied we will see how long it takes to process now

Hey jas, I had sorta the same problem before. I kept having to re fax, so I just faxed them everything i thought they might ask for, front & back of license, f & b of all cc's used, I photocopied everything at first, that wasn't good enough, they couldn't see it, too small, this went on a few times before I just sent everything I could think of. I also emailed them and told them I belonged to an online forum and I had "never" heard of having to go through all of this to get a withdrawal. Although I didn't say which forum, I think that was enough to possibly get their attention. It was either that or all the docs I sent, I had my money processed within a couple hrs. Good luck,

so they say we need zip code
do that another day pass

but the kicker to add all that info
you have to cancel the withdraw each time

an of course then the long wait begins


but the rep says shouldnt be a long wait this
was early am but last I looked today its still sitting there
but she said they do banking on weekends

mine dont do banking on weekends

oh well lesson learned

Sorry for what you are dealing with Cindy :(. Many Bingo sites use the same "can't see it", "too small", "unclear" excuses that are being thrown at you. I truly hope everything goes well for you, but I also hope that whoever this is, gets recognition for being buttheads!

They need to stop treating players like we don't have a brain. Good luck with your withdrawal.

Ah, I see. Just jerking you around then? I had a banking problem before too, it was the swift code thing, I deal with a credit union and I had to call them 5 x before anyone could tell me what it was. Anyway, I hope all works out for you..and soon!

7 days tops.
why not open a QT account?

Imho It's not wise to be giving casinos all your personal financial data.
Or at the least maybe open another bank account separate from the house account.

Because they say it could take 10 days, doesn't mean it will take 10 days. And remember, weekends don't count. Usually it only takes 2-4 days for a wire. But sometimes those days include time for them to do what they have to do to get it going.

I think the "10 days" time frame was to cover themselves. Casinos usually give you the longest time length when telling you how long things will take. Even if they might very likely be sooner. If it actually takes 10 working days, that would be excessive.

I bet you'll have it by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest.

I had problems there when trying to make my first withdrawal. They are the slowest pay RTG I play at.

I had one, one time, and I decided to call my bank to check on it, and lo and behold, it was sitting there and 'they just hadn't gotten around to it yet' It may be a good idea to check with your bank on Mon. or to let them know your waiting on it. These things can get lost too:eek2:

I know that's so true. I called my bank one time and they said "let me check". Once in a while my QT withdrawals hit my bank in 2-3 days other times its longer.

Usually when I get the QT confirmation email 2-3 hours later it's there but I received the email last friday and oddly it didn't hit yet. Hopefully monday. I hope it didn't get rejected.

My bank just starting charging $10, before incoming transfers were free.
