Hi,

I had a text this evening from a likely scam casino advertising it's services to Gamstop excluded people. I don't want to mention the name or show the link just in case anyone else who has excluded is tempted to sign up.

I think this is the lowest of the low and i'm concerned that they know I am Gamstop excluded, unless this is a random fishing trip. Is there anyone who I can report them to? There is no operator licence number displayed on the casinos site.

It’s random phishing, almost certainly. Sadly some operators have few qualms about who they sell their marketing data to.

Alas there are human filth who deliberately do this. There are many fraudulent affiliate sites too like Casinom*r who buy Google non-gamstop keywords to ensure their vomit spreads to as many problem gamblers as possible. The scam affiliate sites will be linked to this somewhere along the line and will almost certainly have possession of hacked/stolen data and/or details from mugs who have signed up at their illegal unlicensed scam casinos in the past. They behave like this with e-mail addresses too, I have never played at any sites bar legit ones yet these scam e-mails still land with regularity as they do occasionally via SMS. The biggest pest of late is from 'Slottracker' (not related to the game logging browser Slot Tracker.)

Are you sure they're not related?
The emails come from the SlotTracker dot com address, and SlotTracker is heavily advertised within the emails. There are even links to the SlotTracker site.
SlotTracker was taken over by an affiliate company, IIRC, wasn't it?

That is true, they were. Well, they are a real pain in the ass.
