So I'm receiving daily spam texts for the last 2 months from these cnts. It's always a cloaked affiliate link for Jackpot.com with a fake opt out in the SMS. Can't blacklist as they change the sender every time.

I've tried contacting the affiliate program with all the details but the abuse email provided bounces back as non existent.

Really want to get these shut down but have hit a brick wall now. Considering they are UKGC regulated I'm surprised this has been going on for so long. Any advice welcomed.

I use an app called VeroSMS.
I was getting a lot of text messages for dodgy non-gamstop casinos.
you just enter the keywords you want to block and the app blocks any text messages containing them.
eg, gamstop

There used to be a brilliant version of this in Samsung's bloatware added to their phones up to about 4 years ago. It was their bespoke version. On their forum people pissed and moaned about it vanishing from later phones like the s20 series, because I was miffed too and went to find out why. So I tried 'free' versions and the bastards were just cluttered with ads, so is yours ad-free?

The beauty of these apps is you only need to add https:// to your shit list and no SMS's with links will ever get through. And the words bonus, offer, %, ÂŁ and obviously casino if you do get valid url's ever sent to your messages.

If only I could remove that twat BIXBY and have the old SMS filter app back it would be like a 500x on Bonanza...........
