Slotv -ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Hello all, I deposited 60€ earlier to slotv today and took a 50% bonus so had 90€ in my balance which i lost directly with a couple of 5x wins. Nevertheless, i then deposited 90€ more, without a bonus but soon noticed that there had been 59 cents left in my account tied to the old bonus, so i cancelled that. Well to my horrified suprise they took 30,59€ for the cancellation. So i only had 60€ from my 90€ deposit before even opening a game. Been arguing with live chat for 10 minutes now and they only say that "it was a fee for canceling the bonus." Im just like...i dont even know.

That is crazy. I know this is hindsight but I always make sure if playing with a bonus to completely zero out. I never leave one cent.

That is disgusting yes, but as gsx600 said. Always zero out your balance after a bonus. I always do too, so balance is 0.00
