Slotsmillions' CM review definitely needs changing. It states withdrawal times as between 6 & 12 hours.
None of the minion data even reflects that time range.

I've been waiting about 36 hours so far. I even received an email when i made the withdrawal request, which said

"You will get an email from us within the following two working days to update you about the status of this request"

So I don't know where the figure of 6-12 hours came from

This is a good casino but streaming them is near impossible. The lag and glitches are absolutely annoying

the bonuses here are perfect but sadly I had to stop playing here because I cant just sit there when people are wanting to watch me play and nothing ever works.

And agree with the comments that this casino needs citadel for cashouts. The fees are terrible otherwise.

Why did this casino remove thunderkick and BTG? I dont see any other casinos doing this to Canadians?

Another email 5 hours ago....

"Your withdrawal has been accepted and processed. It is now on its way to you.

Depending on your payment method, it may be settled instantly, or it could take anything up to 5 working days for your winnings to reach you. Please take into account that working days do not include weekends and bank holidays."

Yet it still hasn't arrived in my Neteller account

Edit : It's finally arrived in my Neteller account 40+ hours after requesting the withdrawal

I made a withdrawal request last Sunday, submitted documents on Monday and the funds were in my bank account late Tuesday. All in all, very well handled.

If only the lagging issue was fixed, I'd play there more (it's slightly better now, but certainly not fixed).

did one yesterday night.... received the confirmation email.... let see how many time to my ewallet!! and im not a new player at slotsmillion

Hello Charlotte

I love Slotsmillion but unfortunately as an Australian player I can deposit via Mastercard but not withdraw and Visa might not be good soon either.

I have not played there for a while for that reason as it would be hard to withdraw. :(

Would the casino consider using Bitcoin as a payment and withdraw method as its working at other casinos very well.

Just a suggestion :)

Hello mina1929,

Ecopayz is currently our main deposit/withdrawal method in your area; you might be interested in trying it out if you haven't yet.

Thank you for your suggestion. For the moment we are not considering opening Bitcoin, at least as long as there are alternative payment solutions available.

So I sent in my documents to be verified at slotsmillion months ago ...I’ve been playing on and off since...yesterday I finally won some money....and so I cashed out and then decided to check if my docs were all in order...lo and behold...they are not...two of my docs got rejected....so why is it I didn’t get an email....your docs were not accepted...pls try again...

And the cashout is pending....which means it’s reversible...

They don't process withdrawals over the weekend anyway.
But if you're worried about being tempted to reverse the withdrawal, there's a LOCK option you can use

Oh ok. Not gonna reverse it. Glad to hear there’s a lock. Gonna go lock the withdrawal just in case. Thanks.

Hello Steviedoo,

Thank you for your feedback, I'll forward it to the Payment department. You should have received an email after some of your documents had been rejected, I'll investigate why it didn't happen.

I made a withdrawal request early Saturday morning, and since I know they don't process withdrawals over the weekend, I waited until today to check up on it.

This morning, the withdrawal was still pending. So I waited a few hours and checked again. The withdrawal had left pending and was presumably being processed.

Since I hadn't received payment to my bank by this evening via Trusty, which normally goes straight into my account, I checked at SlotsMillion again.

The withdrawal is now back to pending :confused:

Hello Brianmon,

I can see indeed the transaction is authorized but waiting in your account. We're looking into it, I'll update you as soon as I know something.

Charlotte,

I've had a pending withdrawal since 7am (ish) yesterday morning. I contacted chat yesterday (and again today) as I can't find ANY info anywhere on your site with regards to withdrawal times or pending periods etc.

I've been told by two chat staff there isn't any such information available and that pending withdrawals USUALLY take up to 24hrs to process and then payment via Trustly should take 3-5 days...

Support can't provide any definite timescales - it's just a "when it's your turn it's your turn, but there's no issue" kind've response.

I'm fully verified (I confirmed this yesterday), so I can't understand why it's been nearly 2 full working days now and my withdrawal is still showing as pending?? I'll be lucky to get the money in my bank by the weekend at this rate...

Thanks xx

Hello gilliebean,

In very short, your withdrawal is pending due to delays in funds transfer. We expect to have the funds in the Trustly account by tomorrow at noon worst case scenario, so you should be paid by then.

As a more extensive explanation, the reason why we don't have the funds available on the Trustly account is because we allow our players to deposit with credit card while withdrawing through Trustly. As a consequence, the money only comes out of the Trustly account, and rarely comes in since Trustly is rarely used as a depositing method in the UK and we need to constantly feed the Trustly account with the money deposited via credit card on our bank account. As you can imagine, bank transfers are painfully slow and if we don't anticipate carefully the next-few-days withdrawals, we end up with an empty Trustly account and have to wait for the next payment to go through to pay our pending withdrawals.

We had an insane number/amount of withdrawals last week with our Valentine's promotion and when we realized we wouldn't have enough funds for the week it was already too late.

It is not the first time this is happening, and we're really sorry about this. We're looking for solutions although we are well aware that our policy to accept Trustly withdrawals from credit card deposits is the source of the problem and if we don't find a workaround we might have to restrict Trustly withdrawal to Trustly depositors.

For the time being we will try a new policy: players that deposit with Trustly will see their withdrawals (via Trustly) processed in priority over players depositing with credit card. This kind of delay will no longer happen for players depositing via Trustly because we'll keep some funds safe for them, and we hope it will encourage more players to deposit via Trustly which might solve the overall problem. We'll see how it goes in the next few weeks. If the situation doesn't get better, we might have to restrict Trustly withdrawals to people actually depositing with Trustly.

On behalf of the team, I apologize for this delay. I hope we'll find a good (and not too restrictive) solution to improve our payment service.

Regards

The thing is though... I deposited with a Visa Debit card. and I'd have been more than happy to withdraw via the same method. But when I requested my withdrawal Trusty was the ONLY option available.
I've never deposited using Trusty, only Neteller and Visa. But neither Neteller or Visa was available. I
t was the same at LadyLucks with my last withdrawal there.

Quick reply as I'm out atm. I was about to say the same as Brianmon though, I deposited via debit card too, had never deposited (with yourselves) with Trustly and yet was only given Trustly as the option to withdraw??

Although the money has strangely just gone into my bank account! So I'm a happy bunny for now

Also the problem is Charlotte, your competitors now process payments so quickly - within the hour/same day usually - next day max.

It becomes concerning when a site like SM leaves a fully verified members WD pending for 2 days, doesn't send any email even recognising the WD, let alone explaining any delays, and doesn't have any timescales etc on site and can't offer any time frame for payments.

I don't know if me contacting you sped up my WD somehow - but if it did, although I thank you, it shouldn't have been necessary to do so ❤️ Xx
