Light hearted - after a long session does anyone close their eyes and still see the slot reels going round? After many days of playing in a row do you see things on tv / radio etc which remind you of slots- logos / cartoon pictures / brand names etc!? If you have a large win right before going to sleep is your heart still pounding / nerves still going and you lie there awake? Maybe it's just me and maybe I play too much
What effects do you suffer from after too much staring at slots?!

Mostly losing :D But never nothing like what you've said :eek2: You should swith to porn and see if that's still there when you close your eyes, moaning coming through the radio and babestation on TV

Ahh, that takes me back. To those times when you'd scurry trying to shut the monitor/PC off when someone is arriving throught the door. Oft have I found the banshee wailing to continue through the speakers as I do my best to smother the computer and distract the bemused person standing there, pointing

 The goat was wacking

I often dream of winning big, and then NOT GETTING PAID!!! However in the dream it's a physical slot, with money supposedly being dispensed, even if it started out as an online slot in the dream. I believe this is PTSD from my days of playing fruit machines, when often a big bank would result from the streak, only for the machine to "pay air" due to a defect in the coin payout mechanism or a shortage of coins or tokens.

I have yet to dream of winning really big, and actually getting paid in full. Maybe it's down to the pending period, as REM sleep is in bursts of up to 90 minutes, and only if I select a fast paying casino in the dream am I likely to see the money before the dream ends.

As for other things, I sometimes hear an old song from the 80's and 90's, and realise it's the source of a fruit machine melody sample that I remember from those days.

Being in the UK, simply watching TV after 9pm is enough to remind me about casinos - did you know that Betway sponsors Big Brother. How they have really fallen from grace, I had no idea they had fallen so far as to resort to sponsoring what is probably the worst TV show in the history of humanity. Given how "rigged" the outcome is of Big Brother, perhaps not the best choice when it comes to advertising their games. I wonder if I could have a Betway deposit return for another go after having been "wrongly evicted" the first time around by a cold slot, just as the producers of Big Brother do when the public votes to evict the "wrong" contestant.

I do vividly recall dreaming about DOA when playing it for hours on end, you know, those 8+ hour sessions that imprint on your mind like some sort of screen-burn on a monitor.

I've had a couple of occasions where I'd near enough filled the screen with wilds and was musing as to what I was going to do with the money. Doesn't really happen with other games but DOA most certainly.

Alas, waking up proved to be disappointing and money-less

This one happens all the time and is unavoidable lol.

I visit Imgur quiet a lot and you'll see posted images of the Jurassic Park logo or Sam Neill etc etc and it draws your mind to the slot.

Or I'll be watching a movie and you'll see a "Wanted" poster and it draws the mind to Dead or Alive.

I have many many more examples that aren't springing to mind at the moment, but this is a very common thing for me

Or sneaking down the stairs and the bloody stairs creaking; and you screaming in your head STFU!!!

When I close my eyes I am often whisked off into the stratosphere a la Jack in the Beanstalk where I am met by a load of harps which send me happily off to sleep.
Only to wake up looking at a screen that says "Sorry you do not have enough in this account to place that bet"

Yes this is what I mean- if I play it enough the game imprints on my retinas like a monitor and I can sort of see the reels dropping as I close my eyes! Very funny re: closing the laptop and the sound still being on

When a slot is super cold and you havn't closed your eyes in a while try spinning a few spins with your eyes closed... not a word of a lie its made things happen quite a few times as long as you don't abuse it and do it all the time, trying to repeat it usually works in the reverse outcome lol.
