Is it just me or when trying to play the 88 fortunes megaways daily when pressing spin an error comes up?

I understand the message but it doesn't make sense as I've only just loaded the game and I've also only been logged onto the site itself for maybe 5 minutes for the first time today.

Looks like the "Default bet" value is causing that issue. If you reduce your stake to £0.88 before your first spin you will be able to play that tournament.

I'll look to get it reduced for all players (as standard) asap so users don't need to do the workaround above.

The fact this game has unique bet settings (multiples of 88p) looks to be causing the problem

Ah I didn't think to try to change the spin as it was a challenge tourny I don't bother touching bet size.

You're right that was the issue but thanks for defaulting to the size that does work right away

Is there currently an issue with withdrawals on your site?

Trying to withdraw and I'm getting 'Something went wrong'

On my dashboard under 'your recent withdrawal history' it says the withdrawal request was declined

On my betting activity page it says:

026-07-19	An adjustment for previous failed withdrawal	adjustment	200	-	206.56
2026-07-19	The withdrawal has failed. An adjustment has been added to your account.	withdraw	-	-200	6.56

I've never had any issues previously so not sure what's up with that

Hey - just adding some feedback. Great site and a number of the bits I was going to flag (Redeem all points in one click, reducing clicks to get into a game etc) have been addressed. Any chance of adding Face ID on iOS app, and/or extending the inactivity timeout? I get logged out after 30 minuties and need to login again, which is a bit of a pain.

It's hard to put an exact date on when this will go live but it is very much "work in progress" & something we are looking to introduce.

Thanks @Slots Temple - also, the LnW tournaments have a few bugs. The 777 Burn Em Up requires a load and reload to play every day to get past the splash screen, and Rainbow Riches displays the points won before the spin outcome (IE before any bonus feature plays.)

Looking forward to having more Hacksaw tournaments and to be honest, I prefer volatile games in the tournaments - more exciting playing a game with high potential than playing a game with frequent 30-50x bonuses and hoping to rack up cumulative.
