I get a lot of crashes and page freezes on the Huff n Puff slots, rarely get through a game without issues.
Bankers Breach Collision Ways was THE ABSOLUTE WORST for this.
I NEVER managed to load this game successfully at the first attempt.
And even on the successful second (if I was really lucky), third or beyond attempts, it took nearly four minutes to load. By which time, I have already long checked out mentally.
A common feature in these Shite And Blunder games seems to be some kind of "moving part" or "animation that won't sit the bloody f*ck down because it has the worst case of ants in its pants or overzealous application of itching powder to its groin area" that would seem to act as some kind of "device resources drainer". For example....
The clouds in that bloody awful Zeus Olympus And Beyond game. The Pandara's Boxes doing that totally unnecessary impression of a spinning top don't help either.
Then there is the feature wheel, which more often than not CRASHED the game completely before it came to a stop!
Playing that weekly tourny back in August actually AGED me.
I've NEVER been so glad to see the back of a tourny in all my life.
Well....except for the Bankers Breach weekly tournament earlier that month. Speaking of which....
...then there is the black and white striped bar that separates the first three reels from the last three on Bankers Breach. More utterly pointless animation that adds ZERO VALUE WHATSOEVER to the user experience. Just another means by which to offer more sluggish, jittery, bug-ridden looking game play.
Smooth spins? What's one of them on a Shite And Blunder game? I haven't seen one.
And then the numerous wheels on the Huff N Puff games. And the wolf doing his huffing and puffing, wagging his tail, disappearing from the screen then re-emerging blah blah blah
Just FAR TOO MANY of these Shite And Blunder titles are literally infested with these completely unnecessary moving parts and resource hogging animations that really add NOTHING to the user experience of the game and merely serve to result in jittery, bug ridden looking play.
As a result, they have already lost any chance of seeing a dime of my money.
Bad games that play badly are bad enough.
Bad games that RUN badly are even worse. Because you can't even enjoy a winning session if your feel that your PC or laptop is under constant threat of freezing or completely crashing the f**k out at a moment's notice.
Given the advancement of technology in recent years, some developers are doing an absolutely appalling job of making games that even meet the most basic levels of smooth running.
If you tried playing these games on a Windows 98 PC, you'd soon find yourself in a police cell waiting to be grilled by the coppers on DEEP suspicion of insurance fraud, along with being actually already charged with arson after your house just got burnt to a fucking crisp after an electrical fire.
Do these developers even perform the MOST BASIC TESTING of their games for runtime issues and so on?
It appears they absolutely do not.
