Cards makes more sense if you want to win. But from an entertainment factor I much prefer slots. Blackjack and stuff where you can only win like twice your bet bores me - I like the video poker bonus games where you can potentially win big, but that's the appeal of slots - the odd "monster hit" and why I prefer high variance slots at that.
Im mostly slots few times ill play couple hands cards not bj though.
the high variance slots drive me mad when i norm play 25 lines i see my 25 lines all over in those 9 line games and just cringe with it as they land. LOL
The video poker is so so i find it boring so i guess im a slot player looking for that jackpot line.
If I am playing at my local b&m casino, I prefer cards (let it ride or blackjack). I like the talk among the players and the interaction. I also almost always seem to walk away even or positive when I play cards compared to my slot winnings. The casinos here are not a huge money maker so there are very few megajackpots worth grinding out the tight slots.
Now on the rare occasions I get to play online, I play video poker and sometimes slots. The video poker pay tables make it worth the play online.
