I've looked at your account and I've had your wires uploaded for our processor. I would expect the funds to show in your account later this week or early next week at the absolute latest.

Quick Update

Just a update on the status of my payouts from Slots Garden. Checked my bank today and still no sign of any incoming wires. Will check back early next week, which was stated would be the absolute latest expected time, and update the post stating if I got my money or not. Thank you and have a great weekend!
 
Still Waiting on Payout from Slots Garden

Update from last week. I still have not heard back on the status of my money from Slots Garden since last week Tuesday 08/09/16 also no money has been received as of tonight. Hoping to hear something back shortly. I will update again tomorrow.

i played for slots garden and silver oak. I called VIP every week for almost a month now regarding the approved payment they said was sent tru wire transfer but whenever i talked to any one of them said it was rejected and they're going to take action on it but up to now i'm still waiting if they're going to send it by check instead....even Tawni doesn't reply on me anymore.

HI beterans, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting your wire transfer. Have you checked to make sure all of your wire information was correct and also that your bank is not an Intermediary bank? Your bank will have to accept international wires directly and not go through another bank. I was sure to double check all my info before sending it as I was very worried they would find something wrong and reject my payout. Tawni was the best person to help me as no one at Slots Garden was any help to me and just kept saying I would have to wait. I can't comment on any other payouts from them as I do not play with them anymore bc they won't allow me any bonus offers bc I have won a big amount previously with them. I hope you have some luck getting your payout!

I've been waiting over 3 months for my withdrawal and now they have stopped returning my emails. Everytime I get on chat after waiting and waiting they give me the same response... "please be patient". I think 3 months is patient enough as well as... as soon as I sent in my paperwork my credit card immediately got hacked. I saw this posting and was hoping you could help me out. I have been reading plenty of negative postings on this company so this should be fun NOT!!

I know its an old posting but I do not plan on letting them get away with this and if I have to unleash a mass negative social campaign I will be delighted to do so.

Why oh why oh why are people depositing at these casino's.

Well I can guarantee that threatening to launch a smear campaign here will only serve to do the exact opposite of what your trying to accomplish.

There is a pretty strict no brandishing membership policy here, so you should really read the rules.

Yeh.. already filled that out... and as far as the "accomplishing the exact opposite" I am WAY passed concern about them or their no brandishing membership policy. It is now personal and if there would've been something online in the first place that I could've seen that they are not to be trusted then I wouldn't be worried about getting my money which obviously is never coming so why oh why oh why should I care what they think.

I've played successfully at other gambling sites for years and never had any problems... they did however, so I went off to find a new site. Worse thing I ever did.. thanks alot slotsgarden you won't be missed.

Unfortunately you seem to have skipped the PAB instructions which told you in no uncertain terms to read the PAB FAQ. Those guidelines tell you how to successfully navigate our PAB process which you have blatantly failed to do by posting here _after_ you've submitted the PAB. Please see FAQ section 3.12 for details.

Once you've read the FAQ please contact me via email and we will discuss the possibilities for proceeding with your case.

hello I requested a payout from slotsgarden 3days ago. I deposited my own money at least 100$. I was slow playing it until I got a lot of spins at enchanted garden getting st least 1000$. the following day 50 cents at the bandit game and got 140 spins. I open 4 vaults including the bigone and i got about 700$.. I sent all my documents. if. passport. authorization form. utility bill.

i got an email earlier saying they could not read it. that is not possible. i sent a off form and its very clear. i would like help on how long it takes to get $$ from this site. they got.my deposit right away when u deposit $$. withdrawing is another issue?
