SlotRoyals, Anjouan license held by Onimim and carries the Fleur-de-Lis logo on lilac background, is an offshore casino operating in the UK happily taking UK players deposits but do not payout on withdrawals of a hard cash/no bonus used, site validated win. Despite confirmation from various support agents that withdrawal is upto to 3 days I am now entering the 3rd week of chasing funds. Since successfully completed KYC was confirmed by them 12 days ago, 24th October, and the site publically broadcasted my win on their site they have no valid regulatory or terms-of-service compliance grounds to withhold payment nor have they offered any explanation. I have over 50 emails from their support team confirming kyc verification, validity of the win, payment assurances and yet after 15 days they have still not paid a valid £1500 withdrawal request, they make no attempt to offer a payment date or advise why they have withheld funds for so long and the withdrawal has not moved from its pending status since 21st October. Now, since openly challenging their intentions of making payment and logging a third party payment dispute they have stopped responding. I have fully documented proof of UK registration and confirmed UK residency KYC successfully completed, hard cash deposit, no casino bonus used, screenshots of the casino advertising the win on their site banner and over 50 generic automated support emails offering continuous assurance that the matter has been escalated and prioritised yet over 2 weeks later still remains pending. Anyone else had any experience with this site

Hi thanks for reply, I have a dispute logged I am really just wondering if anyone else has had dealings with this casino and to raise awareness as after 15 days and no real valid communication and now no communication at all it is highly unlikely they are paying.

Sorry you're dealing with this. With an Anjouan licence the UKGC has no power over the site, so the useful routes are:

1. Put a formal complaint in writing through the casino's own complaints procedure (not live chat), quote the withdrawal ID and dates, and ask for a final answer by a set date.
2. Check the licence number in the site footer against the regulator's own register, then file with the licensing body's complaint process, attaching your KYC confirmation and the emails promising payment.
3. Talk to your card issuer or bank about a dispute for the deposit. Card disputes have time limits, so don't leave it.
4. Report it to the Gambling Commission as an unlicensed operator taking UK customers. It won't get your money back but it is the right channel.

Keep every email and screenshot of the win banner; a clear paper trail is what moves these. There's a general guide to how each complaint route works and what each can actually do if you want the full picture.

Patchworkfox, thank you for your reply. I will take your advice, I do have a dispute raised but am fully prepared to get nowhere with this. Alerting others, trying to prevent it happening to someone else is my main goal and hopefully put a dent in their online traffic. I feel it is wrong to allow sites to go unnoticed when they do this. Some platforms, without 3rd party reviews, are awarding them 9/10 purely on the sites own marketing ie fast withdrawals, bonuses etc. Thank you again for your advice
