Slotocash...What do I do?

Hello,

I am normally a bingo player but I do love slots so I decided to give Slotocash a shot since it is an accredited casino here.

I deposited $100 for a $250 bonus and believe it or not, I actually made the palythru and put in a withdrawal request for $1000.
I had read thru the terms and conditions before depositing and I checked the withdrawal methods in the drop down menu to make sure there was a suitable way to get any winnings. They showed wire transfer for USA so I thought all was good.

I requested the wd on Jan 26th and immediately sent in documents so there would be no issues. After 8 days of waiting and a few chats with live chat, I was finally "in review".

Yesterday I received an email advising that my withdrawal was denied because they can't do wire transfer to New York. They advise to do courier check or Western Union. To say I was amazed is an understatement.

I went on to live chat to ask about the denial and to also advise that courier check was not an option in the draw down menu and that I had never used Western Union ( that was not in the options either). I asked them how would I get my winnings. While customer service was very courteous, they could not give me any answers. They even advised that I should try to wd again in 24 - 48 hours. I asked them how could I do that when there were no options for me. They then advised they would send my account info to wd department ( or whatever they called it) and have someone get back to me. I was frustrated but said ok.

I have also sent to pm's to the rep here, but as of this writing, I have had no response.

My only wd choices are: wire transfer ( USA only), Neteller ( not an option for us) and Skrill ( don't know what that is)..

So what do I do? I have $1000 sitting in an account and don't know how I will get paid.

Has anyone from New York had this experience with this casino? and is this posted somewhere on their site and I just missed it?

I really am upset right now because I did not think I would run into this type of issue with an accredited casino. I thought there would be a delay for first time withdrawal and normal USA stuff, but not this....

Help :)

and thanks in advance for your advice

Unfortunately, there have been several threads recently about 'slow pay' from this group but on the bright side I have seen none about 'no pay'.

Right now the best thing you can probably do is wait to hear from the rep. Ms. Sloto has been very helpful in the past.

If you only sent one PM it would probably be a good idea to send another just to make sure she gets it. I am fairly sure they will figure a way to get your winnings to you.

Hi all,

I left 2 messages for rep ( didn't want to be a pain).
Thank you all for your advice. I will give it a few more days to see if I get any response from them.
I have never used Western Union, so not really sure what to do, but as I said- it's not even an option in the withdrawal drop down menu.

I will keep this board posted on outcome.

Again..thank you!

If they do end up using Western Union be sure they have your name spelled correctly and it matches your drivers license and it should go smoothly.

Do Western Union. You will get your funds much quicker than a check and there will be no hold on the check since they usually orginate from a Canadian bank I believe, which most banks in USA will not accept, if it is not marked US funds, which 3 times mine were denied for deposit. Worth every penny charged for WU.

.

update:

I went on to live chat last night because I still hadn't heard from anyone at Slotocash.

I had a very helpful support person who advised that they would add Western Union to my withdrawal drop down menu within the next 24-48 hours.
They also advised the fee is $90. I find that extremely high, but honestly what choice do I have, so I agreed.

So now I will wait and see.

Thanks for listening.

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for all of your comments and advice. very much appreciated :)

Just another update:

They put the western union option in my wd menu ( aka money transfer). I tried to set up withdrawal and kept getting an error message.
I went on with live help. They will investigate the issue ( another 24-48 hour window) and then they will manually do the wd.
I'm supposed to get an email once it is done.

Question: I've never used western union. Am I supposed to tell them where I want the funds to go? or does it go by the closest office near my home? They haven't asked and it didn't ask any questions when I was attempting to withdraw using WU.

I will keep you posted.

You get something like an MTRC Tracking number and you can go to any WU outlets with the tracking number and proof of your identity and cash will be in your hands. I understand, however, that the fees are very hefty. How much do they charge you for this er perk?

They will first inform you about the tracking number and the exact sender details, after that you'll have to go to your nearest WU agent (you can look that up on the WU website). You'll need to fill out a receiver's form with both your details the sender details and the tracking number. Once the verification is done you get the cash. Other than having to physically go to the agent and pay huge fees, the entire process is quite smooth.....

IMO 90$ is a lot for a 1000$ transfer but I guess the casino is charging a vig on top of the WU fee for the efforts to send it via WU....

Good luck.....

Why don't you just get a check by courier.

Nobody is going to do wire transfers to NY for online gambling.

Hi,

That's actually not true. I get wire transfers from bingo sites with no issues all the time. I just received one last week from Bingohouse.
As for the check, one of the posters here advised that they are drawn on a Canadian bank, so I didn't want to take the chance.
A lot of people here like Western Union so I thought I would give it a try.
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post.

Kind Regards and good luck!

That fee is not bad if you want cash in hand and no worries. I think of it as the bonus they gave and taken away like Club World Group and others that do this. So...cash in hand for the bonus returned...no worries!! I love it and I have paid up to $180 to get my funds this way in 4 days. 4 DAYS!

USA players are waiting anywhere from 15 days to 30 days and have to follow up repeatedly on their whereabouts of their winnings....I could have blown that much in 2 sessions...so, you have to feel it is a good investment and you are actually using THEIR money to get yours!

I guess if your withdraw is a measly $200, $90 is a lot so its all can be realative, not saying his withdraw is that low but sometimes mine can be just $100 max cash out on some codes with the other group

The fee structure is for increments of $500 I believe. It shows in the cashier window. Below is the fee structure of a WU withdrawal.

$ 100 $ 2,115 $ 65.00 per txn 1/week IMPORTANT:
Not available for Washington State!
Fee structure
$100 - $500 = fee $65
$501 - $1000 = fee $90
$1001 - $2000 = fee $180

NOTE:
Please ensure your valid picture ID and State match with the name and address details on your account. We WILL NOT be able to retrieve the funds back once sent off, these details MUST match and be confirmed by customers before payouts are completed.

I try not to withdraw unless I am close to the limits...if I have $475 I am good to go to withdraw cause I covered my fee and still have $400, anything under 300 I keep playing..You just have to decide on what you can accept to pay for receiving you rmonies.

Wishing all my gambling friends lots and lots of jackpots :)

I've mostly avoided the Sloto brand casinos due to the VERY limited withdraw methods
for U.S. players.

When you add rapist fees attached to withdraws and delayed tactics to try to make players reverse
and lose their winnings, that makes me avoid them at all costs. It's a shame really because I do enjoy
Rival slots.

IMO, if Club World and others have numerous options for withdraw including "paymycard" for U.S. players then
so can Sloto.
