Interesting, I've received some bad exchange rates, about 5-10% off on withdrawals from fairgo (same group), wonder if there's a connection. They credited it to me the first time it happened months ago but no success since then. I wasn't sure if it was because of the extra step in the middle (AUD - USD - BTC instead of USD - BTC). I've for the most part only lost on slotocash so don't know if they have the same problem.
It's pretty frustrating trying to communicate with them about it, they just say they're not responsible for changes in bitcoin price and won't give me the time and exchange rate used. I doubt it's intentional obfuscation but just a template response they give since maybe it's fairly common for people to complain about bitcoin price changes.
Do people know how many other casinos use the same service? I've seen a similar interface around a lot of places for their cashiers, so wonder if more places are affected. I haven't significant exchange rate problems (over 1-2%) at any other casinos though.
Its also likely that they are being cautious due to cubits a huge provider going into administration (bankruptcy) a few days ago.... for 36 million EU... so id say the are possibly being careful or they used cubits as a provider. This happened on the 8th Dec so if it was around then id say its either influenced it or they used cubits
Does anyone have an update on this? I am showing it as an option, but it is my ONLY option for withdrawing (i dont ever try to cash/ deposit their checks in my bank account)
