This site has been very good to me for several years. But recently, that changed.
Here is a site that made me wait 3 whole weeks for payment. They had some new verification requirements. So I had to give new copies of things they already had. Every time a document was denied for whatever reason they added 3 to 5 days processing time for new ones.
They reduced my bonuses suddenly without warning or reason (after I asked they basically said I won too much but not in those words).
They occasionally delayed payments asking if I was playing in another state ( I was not).
They took away VIP levels for customers.
I question them and other RTG sites on accreditation if they are indeed accredited.
Finally, I had my account closed. Buyer beware; just wanted to share.
PS.. Always make sure your verification is in good standing BEFORE you play. Payment delays are so frustrating.
