I haven't paid much attention to RTG as of late. I decided to make a deposit at Slotastic. I ended up ahead and withdrew the amount.

My withdrawal was submitted on the 28th of April. Support mailed me and said It should stay pending for 96 Hours (48 + weekend)... Im not used to this, but I had no choice.

In any event, It was processed on the 2nd of May. Considering there was another weekend since my WD, its now been 5 days since processing and I am still waiting.

I like the Casino, but Slow pay or pending times are not quite the route to go. It could take 7-10 Business days for the Wire to hit my bank (its been 3 as of today)

In total I have been waiting 9 days and paid a $55 Wire fee and that's excluding the charge I may receive from my bank which could total another $20 - $30.

I mean seriously? I am not in a hurry for the money, but the time frames are aimed at stalling payments like it or not.

I seriously sympathise with people in the US and the Shyte they have to go through to get their money. Its appalling and not ethical for Accredited Casinos to hold money hostage.

So you deposit instantly, then pay $100 to get your WD sent to you and it takes almost half a month.

Slotastic - Get your Shyte in order - This is not fair to ANY player!!!

I was curious to know IF the Casino had received confirmation that the wire was successful. Support couldn't tell me this as it takes 7 - 10 business days for them to receive a response back.

In essence, it could be declined by my Bank or fail and I'm back to square 1.

I have never made a Wire Withdrawal before, but I am patient .. to an extent.

I will report back IF I receive it and exactly how long it took. Working days aside, its day 10.

Well GGWLaurie said that this group had a cheque in her hands in 48 hrs from hitting the cashout button. She said she had no special arrangement and so it must be normal. It appears not.....the plebs have to wait the pending period. Its the reason I no longer deposit.

I would find somewhere that doesn't make you wait days to even have your payment sent Nate. You're right....it is poor form.

Being a daily player and depositing anywhere from 500 - 5000 it ultimately works to the Casinos detriment.

I mean, since day 1 I asked for my account to be closed ONCE I heard that there was a 96 hour pending period (It was only, upon request; opened once it was processed). Had I received my funds a bit earlier, I would have probably made 3 - 4 deposits already.

I also will not deposit again (maybe not at all) until Cash is received in my hand. It seems pretty fruitless to be making deposits and then waiting up to 20 days for a withdrawal.

Like most people, I don't have unlimited funds to deposit - I have a budget. When someone stalls (for whatever reason) it ensures I don't hurry back. The longer I wait... The longer I don't come back.

Jackpot Capital - Brush up your act - I like your Casino but you will end up losing players because you want them to reverse their payments.

Nate

i agree here. i have a w/d from jackpot capital cashed out on saturday, and with no pay on weekend i prob get it tomorrow, but i agree the quicker you get paid is obviously the quicker you play again no matter what casino you play at.

When I first saw the thread "Slotastic-Really Slow Pay" I thought it was gonna be some newbie with 2 posts whose complaint held no weight, but since it is a Casinomeister Vet who holds objective online casino views, I don't think I will ever deposit at JC or any of their casinos. I mean goodness, JC is acting like your American or something, Nate:rolleyes:

Thanks ksb11.

I have never experienced such a delay in a withdrawal / payment since playing online.

Firstly, 48hours and no processing over weekends is one thing. I was told that a Wire takes 2-3 days at other places (Can somebody confirm?). In my instance it takes 7-10 working days.

15-20 days is simply unacceptable for anyone to receive a payment in.

The decision not to deposit at Jackpot Capital is obviously entirely yours, but they should not be holding peoples money for 48hours and on top of that ignoring payments over weekends.

Nifty mentioned earlier that someone else received their payment in 48Hours from clicking withdraw. It seems then that certain players are offered VIP treatment and others not.

I'm not pissed off and I'm not in a hurry for the funds but I now have an idea of what US Citizens need to go through if they opt to play at these places. I could have selected MB or Neteller as an option, but then I would need to wait again for the money to be wired. Since they don't pay to Credit Card, I am really left with no other alternative.

I have taken a step by getting me a Net+ card so I can make future withdrawals via an ATM; however, I'm still waiting for my Pin....

I think this is my second withdrawal at Slotastic. The first was held up because my documents needed to be approved - I played it back (A long time ago) and made sure the next time I played, all documents were in order.

It just seems that which ever way you look at it there will be some reason for them to stall or charge excessive fees for things that are free and done in shorter periods than other places.

When I start a thread its always when I have had a really bad experience. Its good to share these experiences. The rep can do nothing for me - I just have to wait.

If I owned an online casino and had players like Nate I would personally deliver their payments by hand, the business acumen of some of these casinos out there beggars belief.

Here we have a great example of how not to operate in these times of world recession, and not trying to keep hold of those one in a million customers that most other casinos would die for to have as a regular punter.

Dude, I would deliver my deposits by hand IF I could play at MG :)

I have been playing so much this last 2 months - I have deposited close to 50 000 Euros spread across 3 - 4 Casinos (I am up at some and down at some)

I am NOT a high roller as I am subject to Currency Conversion; however, I play everyday and deposit a minimum of 500 if I am lucky to go on a run (The deposits add up). My average bets range from 1 to 10 Euros. I only deposited $200 at Slotastic - But had a decent enough WD.

I'm facing the same predicament wherever I play Bar 32Red and Nordicbet. Deposits are very high and comps or the like are low. Not a train smash. I complained about PaddyPowers loyalty program BUT they pay quickly... I get payments to my CC in a day so I challenge them to change but play because the returns are OK and I'm getting paid in a timely manner.

Nordicbet have been the number 1 Casino in looking after players (MY Personal Experience). I get treated like GOLD and even if I don't Cash out, I'm left stunned by the Speed and willingness to prove that players are looked after - I am a HAPPY Loser!!!

I know this is a bit of a derail, however you make very valid points. This all comes down to grabbing deposits and holding on to cashouts - Win / Win for the Casino but a poor strategy in the long run.

Daily players like to see their WD's so they can turn them over into a loss (LOL) - Stalling ensures they don't have the opportunity to do it IF you are Sane enough to ensure you don't reverse.

Its a vicious cycle. I first started gambling online because I deposited 1k one night and turned it into 60k (Beginners Luck). Never repeated that feat however that MG Casino got 4 times the WD in the long run. I was paid quick and comped well. I was a loser in the long run, but a happy returning loser.

I engage Casino Management regularly over comps or agreements based on play. I can be a demanding player at times but have always maintained respect for the individuals I engage. If you don't look out for yourself or ask for comps - nobody will do it for you:thumbsup:

Maybe One Day I can get into the Online Business, I would be sure to Copy and paste 32Red / Nordicbets strategy into my game plan. Forums are good places to establish WHERE you are going wrong. I must admit that publicity over stalling or slow payments are only to the detriment of the Casino. They CAN do something about it but look at the short term profit.

In my personal experience, just a small hiccup will make me decide against playing at a particular Casino - So many other members will attest to this! Positive comments make me want to deposit at places - and I do!

Places that do the Community an Injustice deserve the attention they receive. The last thing we need is Accredited Casinos now imposing pending / stalling periods for their personal benefit. Its unethical and not the right thing to do.

I dont doubt the facts as stated by Nate however I must defend the payout procefure at JC.

Sure there is the normal 48 hours and the weekend BS , but because of my experience with JC, I have to believe there are extenuating circumstances regarding the payout time .

Nate, have you called Yasmeen, or contacted her through PM from here ? If you are the player they say you are here, then I am sure things can be sorted out.

I have been playing at JC for years even before they were "accredited" . I now play there 90% of the time and never had a problem with payout. Obviously, there are glitches, but they were worked out without any problem.
Nate, I am sure you will receive your funds , but I am sure there is or are some misunderstanding. The delay is not the norm for JC.
Good Luck

Thanks for the comment. I trust Jackpot Capital or else I wouldn't have played there.

I think my post is aimed at the bigger picture here. 48 + Weekend + Slow Processor = 15-20 days.

I have no doubt that I will receive those funds; however where do we draw the line as to what is acceptable and what not.

We as a community are looking to IMPROVE the state of online gambling by using accredited lists and engaging those who bare the seal of approval to improve further. It is counterproductive when we allow things like pending periods to be the norm and acceptable.

I don't doubt JPC are a good outfit, and very reliable when it comes to whether you will be paid.

However, I must disagree with your statement about "extenuating circumstances". Unless you actually know of something that the gen pop doesn't, then I would like to hear why you hold this view.

The only possible reason for JPC to enforce a 48 business hour (96 real hours if cashout is on Sat) pending period is to tempt players into reversing their winnings and giving them back to the casino. It is in no way a service to players as they state. In fact, it is deliberately misleading IMO, and another reason why I refuse to deposit there ATM.

A real pending period of up to 96 hours is disgraceful and should not be acceptable under the "must pay in a timely manner" requirement for accreditation, which I will be bringing to Bryan's notice. I see no reason why the accreditation requirements cannot include a maximum pending period, and a maximum processing period. The requirement of a "timely manner" is highly subjective e.g. the casino would think 192 hours would be "timely" I am sure.

I can understand the need for flexibility when it comes to US customers, and for first time cashouts needing verification, but why anyone plays there (especially non-US) when they can have their winnings in their account in 6-24 hours at many other casinos is beyond me.

IMO the few that constantly say how wonderful they treat players are doing so for commercial reasons (not saying you are btw :) ).
