If you downgrade your subscription. It happens instantly, rather than when a renewal is due. It's not something I'm bothered about personally, since I had a complimentary gold subscription. But anyone else, who pays for a subscription and then decides to cancel, would lose however many (paid for) days are left, when they cancel/downgrade

We have been hesitant to add a yearly option as our software relies heavily on how the providers decide to program their games. We don't want to end up in a position where we have charged users for a product and we are no longer able to track their favourite games. We highly doubt this would ever happen but we also want to make sure we are not taking revenue for something we can not 100% guarantee.

You can always look at a percentage refund if that happened. You say its unlikely so a refund policy might be a bit of a pain but its a good policy to make the customer feel better if this was to occur.

I dont know others feel but a yearly subscription would have to be pretty low for me to purchase and nowhere near $200. I was already hesitant about the $20 a month but I need it for my bonanza challenge. Alot of the industry has low rollers where their bankroll is $50 a week. I think they want your product but at $20 every month that eats into their budget.

Just my 2 cents.

Are you able to tell me why when I purchased the product last night, it did not record any of my games aside from 5 freespins I got on arcader

Hey Brian!

We have found the issue with Bonanza, BGT and other NextGen games at these websites and a new patch is available! This patch will manually apply once you restart Chrome however if you wish to do this manually you can open the Slot Tracker extension in Chrome. Click anywhere inside the box and press CTRL + U. Then press the blue Download Update button.

Are there any other games that are not tracking correctly for you? We will make sure to get them fixed :)

you need to implement a feature that lets you search for slots without playing them yourself....as it stands your software is very buggy but collecting data (imo you should seriously consider giving 50-75% off memberships to people who log X amount of spins)

i would be happy paying my membership just for community data

This warning is perfectly normal to see when using Slot Tracker for the first time and you should make sure you click 'keep changes' if you want Slot Tracker to function correctly.

Don't appreciate getting spam emails asking to come back, especially when there is no link to unsubscribe from it, which goes against your privacy policy:

"You will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe or opt out of receiving further communications or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email communication"

You may wish to look into this and fix it for future unsolicited emails you are sending.

Apologies for this Interlog, we were setting up our new email system and we may of experienced a few teething issues as we got things setup!

We have rolled out some exciting new features this week.

The volatility index is now provided as part of the community details for each game. This scores the game on a 1 to 20 scale of variance using the data it has for that game. This volatility scale is the most precise measure available once a game has sufficient spin data.

We also now show the best win for a particular slot as well as the SRP figure. The SRP is the Statistical Return Percentage figure and is a super accurate representation of the games RTP. This figure is worked out on a per spin basis rather than performing an RTP on overall IN vs OUT figures. This guarantees that bet sizes will not affect the outcome.

Lastly we have the Wager Rating feature. This uses a variety of different community data points to score how good a certain slot is at completing a bonus wager.

Thank you for your kind words. We are having a blast building the software and looking at the results too!

We hope to be able to add many more providers but Betsoft has not been a popular request so sadly it is not high on our list right now. :(

First of all, congratulations for your job. You've built a formidable tool!

One question about the Volatility Index, are you using a common math calculation? In that case, I guess it's the variance or de standard deviation, which one are you using?

Also the tool is using a 0 to 20 scale considering 10 the most possible medium volatility game, can you ellaborate a bit on that?

Hey!

We are using standard deviation for our volatility index.

Currently the scale uses thresholds to label the volatility type. The current setup of which is:

0-3 : Very Low Variance
3-6 : Low Variance
6-9 : Medium Variance
9-12 : Medium / High Variance
12-15 : High Variance
15-18 : Very High Variance
18+ : Extreme Variance

These thresholds may be slightly altered in the future to guarantee as much accuracy as we can but we felt these markers covered the vast majority of slots accurately for the tools introduction.

How is it possible for me to have wagered £30,680.84 on a game with a minimum stake of £0.30 and stakes of multiples of £0.30?
the nearest amount could only be £30,681.00 or £30,680.70

Unsure but I do know that some sites use .... decimels so you may only see a 29p instead of 30p or 31p instead of 30p disapear in a while and slot traker is only going by the balance, just a guess

This is due to decimal loss during currency conversion. We track all spins in euros with a xxxxxxxxx.xxxx decimal accuracy. The results are then converted to your preferred currency from euros using the daily exchange rate from when you made the spin. Over a long period of time these figures can end up being out by a very slight margin if you do not use euros as your play currency.

Is there meant to be a restriction on the amount of data which can be downloaded? I'm only getting 1001 entries, downloading in either excel or raw formats.

Can the data logs be made sort-able? either by clicking on the heading, or from a drop down menu? Since that was the only reason I was trying to download data. To re-order it by win amount

Something I'm curious about....

Why doesn't Slot Tracker track any of the VideoSlots Battles? (not that I want it to)

It tracks the free spins won from the battles, but not the battles themselves.

If the battles are played on the same servers as real play, why no tracking?
 
I just have the free version of Slot Tracker since I don't deposit enough to warrant the expense of the monthly subscription. One problem I keep having though is every time I turn off my computer Slot Tracker stops working and I have to run the Events application in order to have it work again. I have tried uninstalling slot tracker from my browser and re-installing it to see if this problem goes away but it still persists. A minor annoyance but annoying all the same.

I don’t mean for this to sound negative or a criticism but how can users be sure that info on their computer is safe, especially in the hands of the aforementioned ‘Cherry Group’?

I love the concept of slots tracker and many senior and reliable CM forum members use it but decided to uninstall it when it opened a 2 way portal (Backdoor) on my PC. I’m not at all tech savvy so wasn’t prepared to risk it.

Who are ‘Cherry group’?

I guess "Playcherry Ltd." (Sunmaker, Sunnyplayer, Cherrycasino, ...) at least that's what I would guess. Some people say they are trustworthy and some people say they are arrogant and lost the connection to their customers.

I can not make any comment to the Backdoor thing as I never used the Slottracker.

I think your concerns are justified.

The trade off here is whether you want to hand over all your gambling data to an affiliate company in exchange for insight into that data.

Speaking from a business point of view - offering the product for free in exchange for your data makes a great deal of sense.

Speaking from a customer point.of view - there is absolutely no chance I would hand this data over to a single entity.

Great tool - just a shame they never released a version that didn't require you upload all your data to a 3rd party :-(

All statistics are available without an account. You do not need to play or even login to see data for a slot. You just enter the DISCOVER area found on the homepage:

I have no idea what you are referring to when you say it opened a backdoor. The application has been built to the highest standards of security.

Currently we have open bugs with Yggdrasil, Thunderkick and some Quickspin slots. We will have these issues fixed when we roll out our new extension and tracking will resume for these games. We will also be adding Blueprint to the mix.

The cherry group are these guys
