I honestly do not believe that anyone but them would have your email and be sending you emails. Affiliates would definitely not have your info just from you sending in your docs to them.

I would guess that all emails were from them, and someone on their side made a really dumb technical error with their email program. I can set my Outlook Express up using mail rules, so that it automatically does lots of things. Including forwarding emails, copying emails, replying to emails, etc. If for example, I had momentarily completely lost my mind while setting up a mail rule, I could have crazy things shoot back as a reply kind of like you received.. and it would happen automatically.. and I wouldn't even realize it maybe, until someone pointed out the error. I can't say for sure, since I haven't seen the emails you received. But I'd bet they all came from them.

You might want to pm Miles and let him know about the emails, so that he could look into it and get it fixed.
 
I've asked now the chat support how long a moneybookers withdrawal normally takes and he told me "2-4 working days" so i should get my money at latest on tuesday :)

To be honest, i'm really very excited, because it looks like, that nearly nobody have made any experience with them (i've searched on google and found only some threads in different forums), except some complaints about problems with wire transfers, so i really hope, that all comes to an good ending.
 
ok, now the day tuesday is nearly over and the live chat told me today, that i'll get my withdrawal today and now is even not any live chat available, so that's not a good support for me :(

so there's now only one hour left, so i really hope, that i'll get my $1,700 within that time, because otherwise the casino doesn't hold their own words and make an unnecessary delay.

Edit: reached now the live chat but was not really much help, because i got only this answer:

"As far as i know there should not be any problems and your winnings should be paid out shortly. If they do not get paid out today it will definately be tomorrow."

However, why do they state on their own homepage "your withdrawal should be processed the following day" when it takes then nearly a week?

Btw. the chat support team is not really very professional, because there is not any question, how they can help me or anything else, instead of that i got only a simple "Hello" and my last sentence was "thanks for your nice help, i wish you a good night. bye" and after this i got only back a "bye".

ok i don't care about them, but at least they could be a little bit nicer, because i have always the feeling when i'm writing with them, that they don't want to speak with me, although i only want my money, so they should give it now to me and then i'll left this casino for good!

why do they promise me that i'll get my moeny on tuesday (i've made even a screenshot of the chatwindow!), when they can't do it, although they had even 6 days time!?
 
Ok, received the money finally after one week, but i'll never play there again, because it's not worth, since there are another Casinos out there, which can make witthdrawals only within 24 hours or at least 48hours.

Geez that sucks. I believed that this casino could be something . They paid withdrawals in a few days when they opened. Ace revenue rogue, will not play there again ;(
