Sky Vegas account doesn't work

I've got a problem with my Sky Vegas account. I can login normally but when I try to go to Cashier etc, it gives me an error: "OB_ERR_CUST_AUTH_FAILED". This happens every time and the problem has occurred almost a month now.

I've been in contact with Sky Vegas, and they have acknowledged the problem. Today I decided to ask if they even know what is causing this, and the answer is no. I think this is taking way too long, and they should let me open a new account or something.

my accounts fine just made a withdrawl as well

Yeah, they told me that there's only few accounts that are experiencing this problem. Apparently we are not too important customers as this has taken for 1.5 months now.
