Hi,

anyone an idea why the Rep at Sky Kings Casino not answer of PM

i saw that the Rep was login on 24th April and yesterday after i have sent two PM's

and the Rep at cpays also no reply (13th April)

what's the matter or reason with these Rep ?

Sky Kings was purchases by ICC recently.. near the first of last month, I believe.

They will be brought into the CPays group (which are a bunch of thugs and thieves, IMO)..

My guess is they either don't know about the account here at CM or have their own account that you would have to contact them at.

I've fired off an email asking them to check this out.
 
Thanks CM :) That's why I said it was a 'Guess'. Good that they still keep their account, bad that they are going to be integrated with CPays.

in the meantime i have had contacted cpays but there are only for Affiliates responsible and can not help, so i send as a last possibility an email to support@SkyKings, casinohost@skyking and feedback@skyking until now no response.

It does not concern with me. It's a Problem of one of our User, he wrote three mails to support an get no answer. With Live Chat he must wait over 30minutes with no response, so he's very annoying.

I thought i can help him, but if i also get no answers, what should i do ?

waiting ? how long ? it's a Playtech :confused:

Yesterday, i get an email from support where they apologize for the delay response.
In this affair they need more additional Information, what i have sent them immediately.
Now i'll wait and see what i get for an answer, but i don't know how fast they are. :rolleyes:
